    At the Oaklawn, iL. Red Lobster My Food was Horrible to say the least..
    Every Year on my B-day ( Dec. 10th ) I treat myself to a Steak and Rock Lobster dinner ( usually at Red Lobster ) But after what I saw on my plate ( the Lobster didn't even look like a lobster at all !!!!!!! )
    I was smaller than the steak. Needless to say i sent the whole thing back finshed my snow crab legs and drink. And left Sooo VERY DISAPPOINTED that i went somewhere else for my Steak and Lobster dinner..

    The service we received today, December 10, 2017 at the Red Lobster on Auth Rd. In Temple Hills, MD was very poor. Starting with the General Manager Sallie Ferguson, her customer service skills and attitude need a complete overhaul. My food presentation was awful and my order was completely wrong after waiting quite sometime for the order to come. When I requested to speak to a manager, Sallie Ferguson showed 15 mins after the fact, and the only thing she had to offer was to take my order off my bill which was a no brainer because my order was botched. She never apologized for the service I received instead, she spoke to me in a condescending tone with a fake smile like it was my fault. She is the poorest example of a leader and great customer service. Take your money to an establishment that values their customers and shows it the service that is provided.... #veryunhappycustoner

    I went to the Midlothian va on 12/03/17. Myself and my guest were very disappointed. We saw 3 waitresses coming out of kitchen chewing food,our server was confused she couldnt get our order correct service was horrible appetizer cane out 1 min. Before food no refill on drinks mangement. Looked as if they slept in there clothes everything was very unprofessional.     Had dinner tonight at Red Lobster 6372 in Conroe Texas. I apparent my has changed managers service was fair. But food was horrible. Shrimp was not thoroughly cooked are batter. Potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. Manager took 10 dollars off. Got a bill for 56.38 not itemized. Just total. Will not be back apparently changed managers not for the good.
