We visited Greenstone's in East Dereham on Saturday 28th Oct. We ordered two chicken tikka curries. I had recommended this to my husband, having had it a while ago. It came up and was very watery and very few pieces of chicken (approx. 4/5 pieces). We did complain to the manager and he offered to give us another one, which obviously we refused. What has happened to your suppliers? The quality had gone right down and we won't order it again!

  4. Ignatius Dlamini says:

From a loyal consumer of the McDonald's franchise brand it's sad to say that yesterday I was disgusted by the level of service that was rendered to me by one of the fellow employees you currently have at the Eastgate Mall Food South Africa court restaurant. Yesterday I went to by two simple lattes and I had a lady serve me and I paid for my lattes by card. When it came to making the lattes, another lady started making the first one but half way through making the first one, the machine ran out of milk and instead of refilling the milk she just stood there shouting to no one for milk expecting it to come from nowhere. Then there was a problem with the machine and I noticed that but instead of her coming to me and saying " sorry sir we are experiencing difficulties with the machine, she proceeded to have chats with the other employees and left my latte sitting there with no conscious that I existed. Only after she was told about a "customer waiting for their coffee" 10 minutes later, did she remember what here job was. This is the reason why people will always go else where because of poor the service they provide. I was disappointed by how I was treated as a customer. Please address this matter.

  19. S.K.Sundaran says:

I and my wife went to Running Hare, Hawarden for lunch on 31.08.15 at 12.30 PM. Ordered our lunch which was brought to table No.6 from the kitchen. When the meal arrived the table was not laid. The waiter did not know why and he had to lay it himself. After we started eating nobody came to ask us whether everything was OK. The food was cold. So we called the waiter to complain. All he said was sorry and he could do nothing about it.

We wanted to complain to the manager or the supervisor only to be told that neither of them were available. We went there for a drink yesterday and still wanted to complain, but could not find them. Could you please look into this matter.

    Thanking you in anticipation.

4 of us elderly friends enjoyed a pleasant meal at the Squirrel in Ludlow on Saturday evening. The whole process from booking to welcome and the service provided by our table server CINDY was great. Our request for a quiet table location was especially appreciated to help with our hearing challenges! Nothing was too much trouble and I hope ww weren't either.

My friend and I went to The Hopwood in Birmingham last Friday .We are not strangers to this pub I go with other friends once a month .Overall the meals are very good plenty of choice and pleasant staff .My only complaint I often have fish and chips and a couple of times its like the fish had been cooked earlier and when someone requests it they dip it in the hot fat again which then gives the batter a burnt appearance and to rubbery to eat I have had this happen at another restaurant a few times but as their service and other meals were not so good we stopped going there.I have never complained about this as every thing else was good but if they could stop this practice I would be a very happy customer. Our server today was LAUREN very pleasant helpful girl and our code was 3541505
    Thanking you

I and my party of four, decided to visit The Squirrel Ludlow for Christmas Lunch, I was amazed by the kindness and excellent service by all the staff, I have not met one person in our group, who could eat all the food put onto our table, which also was cooked to an excellent standard, their Xmas portions are so generous! As a young man I used to prepare meals in an airport kitchen and there Club Class restaurant, after our meal I ordered a Turkish style coffee, topped with frothy milk the Manager fetched these to our table, best coffee I have tasted, I have eaten in The Squirrel many times all of which were excellent meals and service.
    Regards Mr K Howard Weston

  33. liz bain says:

  34. YVONNE SMITH says:

My husband and I stopped here and found the pub very clean and the bar staff were very helpful
but the waiting staff some were very scruffy i.e. hair not brushed dirty uniform and no smiles at all it was like to much trouble for them and they never asked if everything was ok I had Caesar salad which was not very nice the croûtons was deep fried and should have been lightly toasted.
We stay at the starling cloud the room was nice and big but there was dust on the skirting boards not good for an asthmatic the soap and shower dispensers were empty but other than that it was clean.
code 921933 and our servers was Naomi and Josh

    regards Mrs Y Smith.

  35. brendablythe says:

enjoyed are meal but they did get the order wrong and carvery was nice but roasties could have been a bit smaller they were very pale looking and not crispy enough poor girl was on her own behind the bar had to go up and ask were are drinks were but we would still return again

  36. John F Rice says:

My wife and I visited The Squirrel, Ludlow, yesterday, where we frequently have a midday meal.
My wife's chicken dish was good. Mine was absolutely unsatisfactory. I had the smaller spare ribs dish. Four ribs with about two inches of meat on them! The protein quantity did not match the carbo-hydrate content, and it was, in my opinion extremely poor value for money. Do you use the services of a wartime nutritionist to plan your meals? One with parsimonious accountancy in mind?
You have let your standards slip, and, before my wife and I, often with family, return for meals, I shall have to be assured by Marstons that I will not be embarrassed to treat them to a 4meal at The Squirrel.

  37. christine fowkes says:

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
