    I went to Qdoba tonight in Caledonia and ordered a kids meal. I asked for a water instead of pop and the cashier gave me a cup. I let her know that I wanted water and she said, it's in the fountain. I informed her that I wanted water instead of pop. She was very disrespectful. I also asked for my receipt and she reprinted a receipt that did not have the code on it. I have a the reprint code of TM1233 with today's date and ordered at 8:57pm. I come to this location and order the same thing, every other week and today was the worst. I was in a rush and did not have time to go into details with s manager but wanted someone to know about this situation.

      I am a manager at another location. I'm sorry the cashier was rude about how she handled it. The price of a drink is included with a kids meal. You get your choice of white or chocolate milk fruit punch or a fountain drink whether you choose a soda or water the price is the same. The Bottle water is not included in the drink choices. Again I'm sorry for your experience. If you're ever in lake Geneva stop in as see us and I'll see what I can do to make your qdoba experience better!!

    Two days ago my husband and I went to have lunch at QDOBA port Huron. And unfortunately we had the worst service ever. Sorry but you had really bad costumer service, Lori the young man who's serving the food is a complete mess, but that's not all they make us feel
    really uncomfortable. The worst experience ever.. We usually go to Qdoba at least 4 times a month. We really love your food but from now on we are going to think twice before we go again.

    I went to the qdoba in west chester pa on w c pike . I ordered 2 shrimp bowls one had hardly ANY lettuce the other had NO SHRIMP .. so disappointed !!!!!!! not worth the money !!!!!!!!

    The Qdoba served dog meat with 'poor cow' or 'dumb cow' beef at the location mentioned. How can the service be considered adequate for customers to enter into the restaurant? Obviously, the FDA is not doing the job the Department of Agriculture or Department of Interior are being provided a paycheck. Don't dogs have fleas and rabies? And, this is the other thing; dogs are prevelant at Qdoba. It's as if all the world of dog owners' have shown up on the door step of Qdoba Mexican Restaurant either to pass their dog's fleas or have their dog purchased for butchering for the meat are of the Qdoba restaurant. If one can locate a Qdoba Mexican restaurant without finding at least eighteen dogs; let, me know - right away. Because this restaurant chain is continuing an illegal practice involving dogs. Makes one wonder who would stop into the Qdoba Mexican Food chain. Quacamole? Chips and Salsa? Fresh meat which never appears. jlf.

    I found Wilfredo to be Kind and quite pleasant. He really has a passion in making people not only enjoy your food but He has good Energy. And in Retail or the Food bussiness good Energy is hard to Find. And goes unrecognized. I hope this makes it into the hands of someone that can understand giving Wilfredo the validation he deserves as your Employee. Your lucky to have him on your Team.

    There place was immaculate. The kitchen, the hoods, the steam table..the whole kitchen and dining room were incredibly clean, the service was quick and friendly. And the food was full and fresh. Don't often fill out a survey, but this manager deserves some credit.

    Chips of Nachos Steak were extremely salty. I finally found what i like to eat from your confusing menu & it is no longer available. Another menu to sort through, not an easy task.

    Wonderful flavors, you food is amazing so glad you decided to open up a Qdoba in Niagara Falls. Staff are very nice. Your place is becoming a habit my company had a nacho bar brought to are organization the first one to cater. Then I had lunch yesterday , today and went back in afternoon for a Burrito

    Went to the Qdoba on Washtenaw and Huron parkway in A2 and waited in line for over 5 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. They were filling phone orders instead of taking care of waiting customers. When taking my order they were low on chicken and completely out of peppers and onions and they asked if I would want to wait 4 more minutes for them to cut some up. I passed on that option. Horrible service!

    This was our first visit to the Alexandria, MN. store. The staff were very helpful and explained what they had to offer. I had the Taco salad and very tasty and flavors were good. My husband had the quesadilla with both Beef and Chicken. We both shared our tasty dishes and were very satisfied with our choices. Will definitely go back again!

    Just tried the new Qdoba's in Hancock Village in Chesterfield Co. VA. Was very disappointed. We got an order of soft tacos and an order of crispy tacos. The ground beef was so scant that it was ridiculous. Probably less than one tablespoon on each taco and it was very greasy. The Qdoba's that I normally go to is in Chesterfield Towne Center and the portions are larger. We will not be going to the one in Hancock Village again although it is very near our home. We have a new Chueys nearby and we will be going there as you get twice as much and the prices are almost the same. I don't know if the new store will make it very long if this is their usual way. Maybe they just need more training on food portions etc.

    I have not been tomQdoba for a few months and my experience was different thn before. I got my usual grilled chicken burrito (so I'm very familiar with it) and the portions of ingredients was much smaller than I'm used to, and it was more expensive. My companion though the same thing about her burrito. Also theguy charged me for a steak burrito, which only my companion got, and I didn't notice that on the receipt till we were done eating.

    I understand about prices going up, but can you make the portions standardized so it doesn't vary from server to server? I noticed that some servers are better at wrapping than others, and I wish you'd train them better in that too. Sometimes the salsa or other ingredients are all on one sidewhich makes for poor flavor blending .

    Ok first time visit, it was ok. But a guy a couple of people in front of us brought in his own bottle of opened bbq sauce and the lady behind the counter took it from him and put it on his food? What know that is clean and she did not change her gloves really nasty that bottle was around in his truck house or what ever... second problem ordered a kids meal with ground beef grand daughter took a bit and started to cry was to spicy for her... would of been nice if the lady would of gave a heads up that it maybe a little spicy.. oh well don't think we will be going to this one ever again...

    I was out shopping and decided to have lunch. I couldn't decide where to go and saw Qdoba at 2831 S 108th in West Allis. The young man who assisted me was friendly and helpful and I had a great meal for not very much money. I'll be back and will recommend it to my friends.

    We visit the Qdoba's at 9379 Sheridan Blvd.Westminster, Colorado. The food is great. However, I'm writing to tell you what a valuable employee you have.....her name is Yesi. She recognizes us every time we come in. She smiles, is personable and makes us feel like we are truly important.
    Yesi, understands what excellent customer service is and makes us want to return!
    Hurray for Yesi......she gets a 10-10 on our scale.

    We went to the opening of the new Qdoba's in Hays, KS on 12/06/14. I tried to do the survey using the 15-digit code on my receipt and it said that it was invalid. The number is:
    723 392 120 160 012. It would of allowed us to receive free chips and salsa, what do you suggest I do....thank you for your time.

    I have been to the "Manhappiness", KS several times since it recently opened and I am impressed. The servers are friendly, helpful and don't seem rushed like you find at fast-food places. They take their time to get your order right without making you wait.

    The food quality is a big reason I am a returning customer.

    I also like that the manager interacts with the "worker bees", and customers and she always has a smile.
