    Re: Visits on March 10 for a purchase and March 17 (today) for a service. Store # 0506 2475 W. Ridge RD, Rochester, NY. Both visits I was waited on by Ally and Sue M. These ladies were wonderful. Very friendly & helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Made my experience at Pier 1 all the more pleasurable.

    The sales agent Snow in the Encinitas store helped me put together décor for my dining room table and my fireplace mantle. She is fabulous!! She picked out a couple of different sized bird cages, we put rocks on the bottom, added the electric candles with remote control. Also added 3 bunches of greenery and 3 new candle sticks with the electric candles. I'm so thrilled that I will always ask for Snow to help me! Next will be my master bedroom dresser.

    I have to begin by saying I love Pier !. I was there yesterday at store1246 and I encountered the nicest cashier ever. He was sweet,honest and pleasant. His name is Vivi. What a plus for pier. He said he had only been working there for 2 weeks. A really nice young man.

    What I love about Pier1 is the diversity. I shop there for all my seasonal inspirations as well as all my home decor. But I think EASTER is my all time favorite.     On 2/11/16 I stopped by Pier One in Summerville, SC after a dr. appt.. I shop online as I have Multiple Sclerosis and have for thirty years. I walk with a cane but carefully walked into the store to see the new items. I was helped immediately and bought a set of drapes. The "girls" took so much time to show me some matching items and I felt like a real customer, not a burden. I wanted to express my thanks to Alexis, Fran and Megan. They even helped me to the car with my "bags" of items, it was a joy to shop again. Please let them know how much I appreciate their kindness, being a normal customer was a joy and I hope to return. You are always greeted upon entering the store, offered assistant and told of any sales /promotion being offered. The store did not have what I wanted, however, the sales rep went online, found the item, placed an ordered to be delivered to my home...free shipping! AWESOME!

    I was in the Des Moines, Ia store on 1/27/16 and purchased a table runner. I got to the register with my daughter and the associate questioned the ticketed price on my item. The item was ticked 2.98,which I thought was a greT deal. The associate looked at me and asked is this correct, as if I knew. I stated that that was the ticket on the item. She then replied, well,we will see when I scan it. I found this to be verY accusing to me, as if I had switched the ticket. When she scanned it it did come up that amount. But it left me feeling very disrespected by your associate and the manner in which she spoke to me. I won't be back.
