    Palais royal in galveston, store #64, usually has a great customer service staff. Today I had a lady in the shoe department that had a major attitude. It was not warranted. Made my shopping a drab. Next time i shop there, i will have other BETTER sales associates to help me.

    Love the Palais Royal Store on Kingwood Dr., in Kingwood, Texas. One of the cleanest and well organized stores that I visit. Service there is always great. Never a long wait to check out either. I do wish they had more children's clothes and shoes in the 4 - 12 toddler sizes, because I have 2 granddaughters that I buy for that are 4 and 6 years old. But never the less, can always find some well made clothes for them. I will always shop there as they have great sales on young men's clothes, that allows me to shop for my 2 grandsons that are 13 & 15 years old, along with clothes for my Husband and 2 Sons who wear the large and extra large sizes.
