    just to say that Roger at Homebase Chelmsford store was really helpful today! helped me to get the exact colour paint that I needed (mixed it for me) gave good advise on the type of paint brushes I should use with it, and overall really helpful & polite! nothing was to much trouble! well done!     i would like to commend April and Callum for there help today at your Portlethen store it' been a long time since i have had the customer service that i received today not only were they helpful but Callum took my goods out and put them in my car,i am disabled and i can't tell you how grateful i am believe me i have been to b&q and i can tell you i don't get the help there that i get at home base Portlethen the manager should be very proud of his /her staff i have used this store a couple off times recently and the service is always first class a grateful customer.

    Bought garden table and chairs Rimini range, the cushions fell though the gaps in the chairs I was very disappointed , spoke to the manager in Blyth, he swooped chairs for me, honestly can say he had the Best customer service ever, both himself and Anne on the till could'nt have done more, I can't exspess the gratitude and relief having my problem sorted with such care and understanding! Many thanks to them both.

    I went into your shop in Catford, I found the staff in the kitchen department extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I had to end up purchasing some items due to the friendly and helpful services I received. I even went further to cancel my order I placed at Wickes in order to purchase your kitchen. I found Bob to be a very good sales man. Being a novice to most of the different types of kitchen, Bob took the time in explaining and advising me the best type of kitchen that would suit my budget. I will strongly recommend Homebase to my friends and family due to the service I received.

    I called into your Whitchurch Waymills Road Shropshire Store on 19/6/2015 and ordered three tins of Cuprinol Red Cedar And was only able to obtain two and was advised that the store would contact me as and when the new stock arrived in store.
    And Yvone rang me at 8-45 on Wednesday 24/6/2015 to advise me that the third tin was now in stock and I said that I would call to collect shortly.
    Unfortunately at 9-30 am I fell and broke my right ankle and was hospitalised until 26/6/2015 and spoke on the telephone to Helen who dealt with me on the original purchase telling her of my medical condition and said that I would be in a plaster cast for some six weeks asking would a member of staff be able to deliver the tin to my home address as I am unable to drive for this period of time.
    Helen has to-day delivered the tin to my home address and I should say how overwhelmed by such absolutely excellent service and accordingly ask that you contact the store manager to congratulate her for her Customer Service.

    I use homebase a lot I can only say the staff all the staff are so helpfully and put them self out more than I can say I can not say that one is better than the other they are all brilliant and so kind and helpfully and all ways happy they do more than a service they really put themselves out to help and make sure you get what you wont I can not recommend them enough brilliant service kind and cheerfully all I can say is thank you for employing the staff you do if only other stores were so helpfully your Yvonne

    Went in to Homebase in East Grinstead just after midday, as I do frequently: everybody who works there is so helpful and friendly, it's like a big extended family! I was served by Jayne, who has such a lovely outgoing personality, and she was a great help with advice etc. Wish everybody in other shops was as helpful and friendly!

    I bought bag of compost Friday morning.....Katie the assistant could see I was struggling and took it over to the checkout. She then asked me how I was going to get it home, I replied 'by bus' she then asked me whereabouts and I replied about near to Home Base......she then said 'come on I will give you a lift in my car as I can see you will be struggling' I could not believe my ears and I was so grateful for her getting me home.....well done Katie from the Worcester branch that was beyond the call of customer service and I thanked her profusely throughout the journey home.
