3. Why can’t I continue during my taking a survey?
1) Your device may lose access to the Internet. Check the Internet.
2) There may be a time limit for you to finish the survey and start the survey again. Sometimes, the information printed on your receipt used to take the survey is only one-time and it won’t be valid when you try again. If this happens, contact the customer service to get the problem solved.
3) Always, you are stopped to continue if you are a minor, an employee or a family member of an employee of the company that launches the survey.
4. How to go back to the previous survey page?
1)You can go back by clicking the corresponding button like “Previous” or the Return Arrow in the top left corner of the broswer you are using. Please note that the latter option may sometimes cause your survey page unavailable.
5. How to participate in the sweepstakes?
1) Provide your contact information like your name, email address, phone number and so forth during the survey process for prize notification. Your personal details will be kept confidentially. Went into outfit at Craigleith Edinburgh this afternoon, spotted trousers in the sale which didn't have the orange sticker saying £12 but the same trousers on the rail had a sticker saying£12, took them to the till and was told they were not £12 but 20% off, tried to explain that the other trousers were £12 but sales assistant was having none of it, so paid the price and went to look for the same pair I had just bought, took them to her and she insisted there was a different code on them(they were the exact trouser!) then said they had different stitching! At that point I asked for a refund on my trousers and am enraged that she could not see or would listen to what I was saying, very poor customer service!!
On the 1st august I payed a visit to outfit in prescot,the customer service that I received was fantastic the lady helped me with my shoe choice then actually took me to the till with the rest of my items.THen the lady on the till also showed very high standard customer service 10/10 for customer service at prescot store.just checked my receipt counter ast name was Chloe.last year I went to outfit in widnes and ended up walking out the shop because of poor customer service that's how I found prescot would never go anywhere else.i hope the staff at prescot are recognised by management for there good work and knowledge about outfit.
Went into outfit manage to get what i wanted, thought fitting room assistant could have been more friendly, and felt the lad stacking the racks was following us around to adjust everthing we looked at, apart from that the lady who served us was very friendly.
When I purchased a Wallis blouse yesterday, I wanted to pay with Euro's as the price ticket stated both pound and euro prices, I was refused with no explantion, the assistant just said we don't do Euro's. Why then is it priced this way on the ticket? We are in the EU, not a very good attitude to a visitor to England is it? I am a very good customer of Wallis but not impressed with their policy if that is what they say.
shopping in your store, at washington retail sore, i wanted a pair of trousers that was not in my size, the lovely sales person named Karl, rang every store to get me these trousers, success he held them at another store for 3days for me to collect, i have now collected them . fantastic service from Karl credit to your company, well done ,

Today I went shopping at outfit. The quality was very good I was surprised as it was very nice walking in and observing the shop. I had bought a pair of trousers and as I went to pay for it the staff were very helpful and generous. I really enjoyed shopping at outfit as it is a nice and has good quality shop.
