i visited the whitburn west lothian branch with my granddaughter, who had been suffering from an infected eye, she had been prescribed tablets from our own dr but couldnt swallow them. The assistant called stephanie couldnt have done enough, she contacted nhs 24 and managed to get her liquid antibiotics. we were going on holiday later that day so we were very grateful to her. If there are any rewards given to staff for service please consider her, she not only helped us but an elderly lady who was ill was also given help.

  10. Keith Homan says:

My wife and I always shop at Boots in Plymouth, the staff are extremely helpful, and take the time to explain and advise depending on what it is we wish to purchase. The Pharmacists at the two main stores are very helpful, we would not shop any where else.

  12. sandra Stratton says:

I have already completed your survey by phone. I do however wish to add a comment.
Not for the first time I have visited Headington, Oxford Boots branch. The young gentleman by the name of Theo has over the last year helped with various problems relating to myself and family. Last week I had reason to visit for a rash on the hands. Again the medication advised was first class and in just 6days the rash (I have had for two months) has disappeared. I feel unable to visit my doctors with minor problems (the rash was very painful not just itchy). Our generation have been written off and are fobbed off. I do feel confident however in visiting this particular store as I always get the best advise and recommendations. Thank you Theo. Hope not to see you again before too long!!

  14. Andrew Garnham says:

Firstly do not use my email address to send any offers / promotions please.
I get great service from my Boots in Diss Norfolk and was recently served again my Julie who always is quick, efficient, friendly and professional.
When I saw this page, I immediately did not want to do a survey its too much hassle - you need 1 button and make the survey 6 questions only. I am not interested in points that I get from all sorts of shops/vendors as I never seem to get enough to get anything useful or when you go to redeem them you find some reason you dont get what you thought you would. So this is my survey and feedback. You may send me a mail to acknowledge that.

  15. Selva Nithiananthan says:

I was in Boots store in Darlington on Wednesday to make use of the over 60 discount day. A part time staff was serving me ( I think a pharmacy student). I spent over £60 but I only got the points equivalent to £5. I thought I should get £10 worth of points. There was this guy I think he is called “Andy”. He volunteered to sort me out and he took the time to explain to me that I should have done 2 transactions and he helped to me get my £10 worth of points. I was really chuffed. I hope each and every staff should be as helpful as him. He was very patient.

  16. Peter Murphy says:

I alwAys enjoy going into Boots Ambleside, especially if I get served by Sue A... She's always smiley & nothing is a bother.. Even when she needs to go for lunch, she puts her customer first, & is very happy & helpfull. Today most places assistants are quite frosty, & can't wait to kill the sale. So for me, assistants like your Sue A in Ambleside store are Definetly worth keeping.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
