    I was at the Red Rose Commons store on 2/28/18 and wanted a 16 x 20 poster made; it was made while I was in the store and I was so surprised because I thought it would be several days until it was finished; don't know the man's name, but he was great. Thank you that the job took less than 30 minutes.

    Gladys in the Marble Falls, TX. store assisted me with a printer for my home office and was an absolute delight. She upsold me paper and extra printer cartridges. Awesome service in a day and age that "Good Service" seems to have disappeared. Keep up the good work Gladys Arredondo.

    I bought a storage box clipboard Model #525698. When I opened it one of the little storage compartments was broken. I called Office Depot and they said they where out of stock of this item. They told me they where sorry but could not replace it at this time. I am not very happy with this result will find another place to shop for office supplies. Thanks a lot Office. Depot you just lost a good customer.

    I usually shop in your Federal Way, WA store, which is always organized and clean. The staff is very helpful and they do their best to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase. It's a smaller store and there is not a lot of inventory to choose from, but what they do have, does work for me. I was looking for a calculator and they only had 4 to choose from, but the 4 were displayed as 2 lower end calculators and 1 medium and 1 higher end. I purchased the higher end one due to the nature of my work.

    I had an emergence scanning issue and i was beautifully attended by your associate, Erica.

    I ran a business for 40 years, and know an excellent employee when I see one.

    Erica was warm, helpful, friendly and humorous, all while efficiently doing her job to take care of my needs.

    I was in the laurel ms store this past week. I :getting copies for a project. There was woman stranding behind the counter who seemed to not even notice was standing there. As waited, i heard her make racist slur about some Hispanic ladies who were using one the computers. I was so disturbed went ask for the manager but was told she is manager. I'm disgusted with behavior and will never step in that store again.

    I had a computer problem. I usually go to Staples, but it was far away from where we have moved to Venice FL.
    I tried Office Depot and met your computer tech, Sean Bailey at the Venice FL location
    He was very helpful but we could not find the problem with my printer, he worked on it for two days...He recommended a new computer and printer, and I agreed. Both were old and 8.1 system was outdated.
    He sold me both the printer and a new Dell computer. For the $50 service charge, he transferred all the files and everything works just fine.
    I thanked his store manager and want to put this on record.
    Because of Sean, I am now an Office Depot customer, and will pass this to my friends.
