    It was early Janury so the store was really full and the queue was long, and I was very impressed with how quick and afficiant they were in Limerick City store

    Drogheda Co Louth Ireland store 1799. I have never encountered such an impressive staff member as I did in your store on Saturday. I went to the fitting room with 3 items and Jenny introduced herself, showed me a cubicle, told me if I needed anything, different sizes etc just call her. As I changed I heard her showing another girl to a cubicle and I assume it was her mother with her. She insisted the lady sit down while she waited and then asked her 'had she not seen anything nice for herself'? The lady advised she didn't like all the off the shoulder styles and Jenny told her about the lovely cross over dresses that would look lovely on her, and that they were on sale. I left the cubicle and Jenny immediately asked me had I any luck with my clothes. I told her I was taking two of them but not the third. She says 'Great, that's what I like to hear'. She told me to have a good day and smiled warmly at me.
    I shop a lot (don't tell the hubby). I also work in customer service in the financial services. Jenny is the most impressive person I have encountered in a long time. She succeeded in being helpful, cheerful a good sales assistant in a genuine sincere manner. She is very impressive, wasted in a fitting room. She made my day. Elizabeth O'Grady.0866096082

    Visited Silver link branch to exchange a pair of dress trousers. A young guy called Callum was very helpful when my size wasn't on the shop floor rail. He offered straight away to check back stockroom for the size l needed then offered without hesitation to check online for me....great customer service Callum...5 star service.

    I have had a N.L Account for a number of years. I do use it frequently and now most of my purchases are for my Teenage Granddaughter. I did have cause to visit my local store yesterday at Penzance. I did make a number of purchases for myself.
    I have to say I have never had a bad experience, in fact I have in the past phoned to praise the staff who have taken care to help and advise me.
    Sooo I am complimenting the staff that did the same for me Tuesday 21.July. Abigail who was on hand to find and suggest the clothes I was looking for. She also took the time to advise me and directed me to others for consideration.
    When I eventually went to the Cash Desk I received the same courtesy from the young lady Eloise.
    In all I had a very pleasant afternoon.

I am often served by a young man by the name of Conor and I have to say here that his customer service is always excellent and never fails to go the extra mile to help me, when ever I have a question/problem.     I was served by Yee Ling, she was a very helpful and opened a New Look card account for me. I was very happy with the service, I was asked if I found everything I was looking for and if I was having a nice day.     I was served by Sabrina at Newlook in Harrow and would like to say that I was very very impressed with the service she provided me with, something I never ever experienced within Newlook before. Sabrina handled my enquiry professionally and was friendly and polite throughout. I was very un decisive with what to look for as I had a tight budget and wasn't sure of the items to purchase which I required as a special gift for someone. I was extremely pleased with the style/combination Sabrina had put together in a very short time and was amazed that the colours she put together looked so amazing and I was able to purchase these items within my budget.     Everytime I shop in New Look - which is increasing everytime - I find that the service offered to me by the staff in New look very encouraging and helpful, although my bank aaccount may not be in agreement with this. It is definitely a fashionable shop that I recommend to all my friends, especially when retail therapy is needed.
