    Saturday Sept 17 stopped at Zaxby's loicated 400 Hwy 49N, Byron, Ga. $18.58 plus tax after ordering was advised out of slow they substituted pasta salad. Pasta salad NO TASTE. In other words it sucked. NO MORE ZAXBY'S FOR ME. At this price you can eat a real meal...

    I visited your restaurant today 4/17/15 at 2316 Panola Road Lithonia, GA 30058. I purchased a Fried House Salad. Unfortunately, the chicken was very salty and the lettuce that was used was cheap. With the cost of the salad being so pricey, I figured there would have been a better lettuce other than Iceberg Lettuce. The store's score was 80. I should have known from the score that something was not going to be right. The few staff members that I encountered did not appear to be very friendly. The floor was sticky. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom, but didn't go to the bathroom due to afraid that it would have not be clean. I will not be going there again.

    I placed my order after 25 min. I still had not received my food. It may have been a concidence but the girl kept call for ticket#95 after about 10 min. a girl and guy who left earlier with their food came back in with their bag. The cashier took something out of the bag they brought back in and put into the # 95 order. The cashier motion to me it would be just a few minutes. She took what was left in the bag to back counter. I then got called to pickup order# 94 which was cold as ice. I wonder did I get the food the person brought back. Is this food not suppose to be trashed. I get nasty food every time I go to Zaxby's. I say never again....you need to camouflage.

    Me and my husband always love the one in fleming island, florida store, excellent customer service and very efficient.. But last week I took my mother in law to the Drs appt in baptist south and we Went to eat at the village lake circle near the hospital.. We ordered around 11:04 before the rush hour.. We sat and waited not knowing it was already 30 mins waiting. I had to go ask the nice girl what happened to our order and she said oh u did not get your order? I said nope. She apologized but it wasn't enough.. I did not get an apology from the store mngr.. 30 mins waiting and there were only 2 order before us.. They had forgotten our order and I should have at least got an apology from the manager.. These people are not efficient and no people skills.. I would not go back to this location.

    My husband purchased 3 take out 5 piece Chicken Dinners tonight. When he got home there was
    slaw on only one of these dinners. He ordered onion rings in the place of french fries on 2 of these. There were only about 5 0r 6 small rings on these plates. We were very disappointed in this purchase. When you get home and something is left off you certainly don't want to turn around and go back get what was left off. This purchased was made at the 28 bypass location in Anderson, S.C. The amount of the purchase was $21.03. The receipt printed our so bad that there is not a lot information we could read.

    This is a reason I don't go back to stores: I have filled out a survey and a message to Zaxby's today and when I get to the end to send it it won't send. I just don't go back to the restaurant.
    I will not go back to Zaxby's because of this.

    the food was not good.
    the grease made the food taste old and burned.
    the staff was great.
    maybe the oil needs to be changed more often.

    I went to Zaxby's for the first time in a while and ordered a salad for a friend and a 5pc wing meal for myself. When I got back to work, not only was I missing my fries I also had only 4 wings in the box. When I tried to call the Restaurant I repeatedly got a fax machine. Not a happy customer!

    Decatur, Alabama store - ordered 2 sides salads with dressing and 10 boneless hot wings. We did not receive our salad dressing and only 8 of the hot wings. Called the manager, Mike, and he could have cared less if we were happy with the service we received or not. This was not the first time we have had trouble at the restaurant but it will be the last time as we will no longer being doing business at Zaxby's.

    Im gonna start off by saying I love Zaxby's.
    I live in Lagrange GA, the Zaxby's store is about a mile from where I work on Lafayette pkwy.
    I use to eat at Zaxby's several times a week, I dont know if it is under new management or what is going on but the service is really starting to lack. mainly in the drive thru, it seems almost everytime I use the drive-thru it takes 10-15 minutes to get my food. On top of that half the time i pay for extra sauce and it doesnt get put in the bag, i started checking before i leave the window to make sure my order is right and it is all there. I am really not a person that likes to complain but I feel this is a problem that can easily be fixed seeing is how it didnt use to be like this. Like i said I love Zaxby's and will to continue to give you my buisness but if at all possible put a little more effort into preparing for the lunch crowd. thank you

    Had Zaxbys today and its always great service food always great at the crossville tn location.. But today the cole slaw tasted terrible and thats a 1st for us We went to the front and complained about it but the cashier really didnt seemed concerned i think it was bad but any ways thought i would let you all know..
