    I was in your store yesterday (Rensselaer, IN) 8754. i did not have much of list. Most of your employees are friendly and for the most part, efficient. I have only one comment. My cashier was an older lady (Cathie). She did not seem to want to be bothered by customers. She was not rude but not very friendly. She seemed to want me 'out of the way'.

    In went to store #8750 to purchase store polish and there was none available until later.I spoke to Rob in the meat dept. and he comped a package of Lombardi polish and we both thought the were very good.What a nice way to handle things that is why I shop there.Thank you!!

    i shopped at strack's today, oct. 13, 1917. a tall man (looked like a manager to me) was very kind and helped me find a sale item. My cashier, evelyn, also was very nice and pleasant, quick, thorough and patient. always smiling, which makes a difference. unfortunately, her bagger, appeared sullen. also during an experience a few months back, i voiced a concern to whom i was told was the manager, mr. gootee; but he was snide and dismissive of me, so i started to do my serious grocery shopping at ultra in merrillville, until it closed. i am the customer, trying to spend money at your store, and i will not be treated in that manner. thank you for this opportunity.
