4. How to go back to the previous survey page?

Great service and most friendly baristas I have encountered. Starbucks Bandar Puteri was one of the best I 've been. That night, my Maybank card cant use when did payment. i didnt bring any cash that time. suddenly the cashier call her manager. Her manager try twice swiping my card then suddenly she realize its already 12.25 am. I said i will come tomorrow to pay but she said its ok, she will paid for me. I cant remember her name but im sure she's one of the manager at there because i heard one of the baristas call her boss. She wore round glasses, malay and tall. She's very friendly, talk a lot with me. she makes me calm. She very nice. I hope there is more person like her very calm, and warm-heart. She really gave me great experience at Starbucks. Starbucks Customer Service are very good. Good job.
