    I went into the Staples location 945 Eglinton Avenue East. I young gentleman helped me in the print and copy section of the store. His name was Aaron Foster (he later passed his business card on to me). In all my years of shopping in various stores I have never come across someone so helpful as this young man. He had patience and explained what would be best and why. He walked me through the entire process so as to show me exactly what I was paying for and the quality I was receiving in the paper. He was honest, polite and very knowledgeable when it came to his work.
    This person is an asset to your company and if I were in a position to appoint people in the right role I would definitely have him deal with customer service training skills and how to approach customers.
    You are fortunate to have working for you!
