    I went to the Smart Style in Walmart in Jackson,Ms.,I took my daughter for a haircut the hairstylist Kasmin did a great job with her hair.I was very pleased as well as my daughter we will be going back soon.The stylist was very friendly and very professional .Great job!

    I went to the Rincon Walmart Smartstyle salon to get my long hair cut. I met a fanastic hair stylist named Debbie. She put my fears to rest after the Pooler Smartstyle salon had a stylist that chopped my bangs up!! I am all smiles now and will go back again.....

    Terrible job did not cover up my grow out can still see my grays . Used only few foils charged me for two fillers when used extra due to first time my hair had no change in color Went in talked to stylist and was told I should have gotten a color then highlights no I have gotten my hair grow out highlighted and never had this problem.i told them last time I was in there was in April and could not find me in computer.Also when I made the appointment I asked how long the stylist had been doing hair I was told year and half WRONG she had only been in salon for 8 months. Said they could put more foils in my hair to color more on what I want for color but would have to charge me.I just said I will wait why should I pay extra anyone that looks at my hair cannot believe it but anyway not happy and if you guarantee your services I should have a complete color or highlight to my standards. Thank you

    My experience at your West Des Mines location last year was horrible. I'm an artist myself and I gave precise instructions to this hair tech, I did not studder either. I mentioned only half inch all around except the outline of the ears that i had already done. In the end I thought the temples were to heavy so I asked her to take another half inch off of the temples and bring it back and inch to blend it. well she did that and then went all of the way back to the rear of my head, so I'm not able to get ahead with my design. I contacted you through the Better Business Bureau and you never resolved it. Also your manager emailed me to not come back in , but it was not my fault. I have also emailed the area District manager and she never replied to me. I'm seeking a refund please.

    Just droped in to get a trim on a Sunday afternoon. Tara was my stylist she listened to what I wanted. I was very impressed with the cut I got. Tara also helped me chose a hair product for my very fine hair. I even went back to her for her help in buying a styling brush. I will probably use Tara again when I am in the area.

    My experience at Smart Styles, store #00266 was wonderful. My stylist was Tina, and she made me feel so comfortable. My hair cut was fabulous, and I will go again. Thanks you for providing a decent place for reasonable hair cuts for the whole family.

Eu estive no salão smartstye na rainbow , e pedi para que a cabeleireira que eu queria a raiz do meu cabelo escura com mechas claras , mostrei 2 fotos para ela ver como eu queria porque meu cabelo estava com a raiz alaranjada e que precisava escurecer e dois faser mechas , ela deichou meu cabelo amarelo bem forte a raiz quase cor de laranja horrível e as pontas cor de prata , falei que nao gostei porque nao foi assim que tinha pedido , e perguntei porque ela nao escureceu minha raiz e puchou as mechas , ela disse , meu trabalho estar feito nao tenho mais tempo para faser mais nada, estou completamente insatisfeita , e com o cabelo horrível , nao indicaria este salão para ninguém , ela estava insegura e perguntava a todo momento para outra moça o que deveria usar no meu cabelo , ai ela colocou umas 7 mechas escuras que nao adiantou nada so ficou mais feio ainda e ainda me cobrou no final as mechas escuras , resultado as pessas olham para meu cabelo e perguntao onde fiz esta coisa horrível , estou completamente desapontada porque paguei $112.90 doares e nao estou com o cabelo como devera estar se ela fosse uma profissional .

    Cannot get to customer service via email unless I list Stylist and receipt. Don't have either because who has to have a receipt to ask a question? All I wanted to ask is.....are the Senior Discount cards still valid? Now...that isn't a hard question but I could NOT find a site that disn't ask for a Stylist and receipt and I only found this site because I called the 1-800 number. Please make it easier for customers to ask questions without a survey or Stylist name or Receipt Number!!! Thank you

    This one for the headlines ! Eighth grade graduation for granddaughter and grandma's time is running out - Picked my granddaughter up from school for last minute dress shopping - oops new shoes - done - wait her beautiful hair is all in a tizzy - wait there is a Regis Salon - popped in and wow what an awesome group of stylist - Kate took over to style and curl some really long hair and did a beautiful job with the hair and calming grandma down until I realized no time to get her home for the dress - the awesome group of stylist said hey she can dress here ! That is exactly what she did with the girls cheering her on! What a bonus - Thank you Regis for having compassionate and talented stylist in your salons -

    I'm very upset with your manager, Tiffany who seems to have lost her "zeal" for making customers look good...last time she permed my hair it was extremely tight and she said she had to go somewhere and didn't have time to use the curling iron to smooth it out. Tuesday of this week she was to trim my hair-it looks like a 5 year old hacked it. It is HIDEOUS. She is claiming she gave me some explanation about why it looks this way...and claims I refused the curling iron because it cost $9-she didn't say either of these to me. Then she offered to have her co worker try to fix it! UNACCEPTABLE! You just lost a long time customer...perhaps she has become too complacent-she has been there a long time...I will never recommend Fiesta to anyone.

    I drove quite a distance and arrived at SmartStyle on East Kellogg in Wichita Ks arriving there at 4:30. I was next in line. About 5:15 the girl finished up and was texting and didn't notice me standing right in front of her. Finally she sheepishly asked if I needed something. I said yes, Ive signed up. Alls I needed was a cut, I have really short hair. She said sorry, they weren't taking anymore appointments for the day as she had someone coming in at 6..wich lft her 45min to do me. There was two of them in there. The other girl was doing a color, any good stylist could do a cut while the color is processing. I told her she needed to take the sign up sheet off the counter then and stop letting ppl sign up and walked out. I will NEVER give them my business again as this wasn't the first time they've pulled something stupid with me.

    Two days ago, Aug 12 2015, I went to a SmartStyle Walmart salon in Kingsport TN. The stylist butchered the right side of my hair. I could have cried. I'm just hiding inside til hair grows out so someone at a more professional shop can fix it.

    At about 9: 45 a.m. on Monday June 22, 2015, I asked stylist in at Smart Styles at Walmart on Olive Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas for service. There were no other customers present. She said that she could not provide it and there would be no stylist who could do so until 2:00 p.m. I asked if she would give me an appointment for 2:00 p.m. She refused even though she said that the manager had appointment scheduled. I drove a long distance. Since you do not take appointments, you should train your stylist to do all services or schedule appointments. No one should be turned down.

    Very overpriced salon in Brainerd, Minnesota. Color (using Matrix colors) only was 70.00 and hair cut with only drying ( no styles) 31.00. I was very disappointed because last time I was there it cost me only 70. , that is big increase in price. I will never go back there again.

    my visit yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed was a total disaster!! after i got back to hotel and the redness went away on my brows i noticed she, mckenna, waxed them shorter than the length of my eye, also i had no hair in two spots on my left brow and one on my right, looks like someone took a razor and slit random spots in my brows!! definitely not happy I'm from newyork and this salon is in iowa, maybe thats the reason i don't know but it shouldnt be. i will never go to regis salon ever and i will tell everyone i know about my experience!!

    I am very pleased with the service I received today, thanks to Shalene. For it has been 3 years since returning to a Regis and will never leave again!! For my past experiences at Regis Westfield Mall CountrySide (Clearwater,Fl) with Frank were excellent (was with him over 10 years)too!! She was very polite, helpful, courteous, etc....how a customer wants/needs to be treated!!!! The other women were the same which is why this Regis keeps busy!!! Thanks again for the services and glad to find my salon again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My last appointment was on 11/8/2014 at Store #01046 located in Buford, GA.

    My stylist is Yvonne Gilliam and I have had her as my beautician for many years. I find her very easy to work with and she listens to my requests instead of doing her own thing which many beauticians do. I find her very talented with a very sweet personality. She will make suggestions but will not make any changes unless we both agree.

    I will continue to have her as my beautician for as long as I can.

    Kayla is the Hairstylist/Manager for your Green Bay, WI East Town Mall Regis Salon.
    She has been doing my hair now for a few months, and I have to tell you how pleased I am.
    Kayla does a fabulous job on my hair each and every time I visit her salon for a visit. She is a good manager as well, as I have known who she was for at least five years when I had another stylist who has since left the salon. She is pleasant, positive and refreshing each time I see her.
    You are a very fortunate company to have Kayla. She is very welcoming to your salon visitors as
