    Hi newcastle under lyme.
    Coffee was lovely as were the staff my only negative is the price for a childs chicochino.at costa its 55p where as nero is full price so wen its just me and the wife we will go nere but when kids are with us then its obviously costa.

    Gatwick Nero (upstairs on South Terminal) – very disappointing !
    Yesterday I had a full on days travel from Newquay, Cornwall to Gatwick (Epsom) returning on the same day. I visited Caffe Nero twice (morning and evening on the top floor at South Terminal) as I have a gift card with over £20 value on it to use. The morning visit was utterly disappointing !!
    I was served by a very untrained member of staff (Eugania Gabr 8858) (two attempts to make a flat white proved too difficult, not trained enough on the til either). What was thoroughly disgusting was the fact that I pointed out seven flies hovering on the pastries, contaminating the food. She just flicked them away, but a number of them were still flying underneath the plastic film all over the pastries. I mentioned that they were breaching food hygiene regulations, which she was oblivious too and persisted on leaving them there to serve to customers. I had to insist they were thrown away, but she only moved them to the side counter where they were later replaced on the front again for purchase.
    I pointed this out to the onsite manager, Chris during the time he was attempting to make a third flat white and totally blanked me in response. In total, I was left standing like a lemon there for about 15 minutes whilst other customers were served at the other tils.
    Conclusion: They tried to blame the dirty air conditioning unit above them for attracting flies on the pastries

    I had a very pleasant experience at Caffe Nero at St Georges Street, Canterbury yesterday. Although the café was busy, being lunchtime, the service was prompt, the servers were smiley, chatty, and the tables were quickly and regularly cleaned. The general vibe was warm, friendly, and not too noisy. Oh and the coffee and Sicilian lemon cheesecake were delicious.

    I would just like to thank kasia and the lovely team at westwickham caffe no 219 for all there hard work for making me and my wife always welcome,the atmosphere calming as is the classical music played the service, is spot on it is sad that Kasia is leaving us this christmas to go back to Poland for the birth of her second baby we all wish her well and understand her reasons for spending time with her family.

    I visit every morning and enjoy the bright cheery girls Vale/Klaudia at the Stanmore Middx Branch, they are super efficient and make my day start right. I enjoy the music and the whole atmosphere of the Caffe Nero. You need to get the card system improved.it is not working very well.

    Just visited the Heathrow terminal 2 cafe nero, im surprised to say that its the best akrport cafe jve ever been to. Great decor, excelkent coffee and friendly service, well done cafe nero.

    Well, your video is very good but it doesn't help my problem. When I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1, I was surprised and disappointed that I could no longer compete any survey that uses empathica. After the first two pages, all I get is a blank page, My browser is Google Chrome and I have also tried Firefox with the same result. Am I the only person with this difficulty?
