  4. Lynn says:

I'd love to join the club to get coupons to further stretch my dollars but when I click on link, nothing happens. Always have a nice time at the restaurant. Employees are friendly, helpful, look you in the eye when speaking with you, and just downright nice. Great job #J322012 (Aberdeen, Maryland)

  5. Teresa Farrell says:

I visited the KFC at lunch in Solomon, MD. I was short changed when I paid and the employee did not apologize or anything after I had to stand back in line to tell them. After returning to my seat I noticed I was given original chicken even though I ask for crispy. The line was so long I didn't bother to go back through again to complain. I was given a coupon for a Free Go Cup and still have not found the validation code needed for the coupon. Your site is too complicated and un-user friendly.

  6. Linda says:

My family visited a KFC in Blairsville, Ga and it was so nasty, and they were short handed in help! I don't normally complain especially about anything in Blairsville, Ga because I love the town, but this place does not belong in Blairsville! The wait on the food was ridicules and when ordering you could see stuff all on the floors! The dining area was as bad! No clean tables to be had in the place! I did notice that they had a sign for job openings. I wouldn't go back for a second chance!

  7. John Absten says:

My wife and I frequent restaurant #198011 in Gallipolis, Oh. On 7/1/2016 we ordered a two piece meal each and were told they were out of they were out of white meat. This puzzled me a little. However, I ordered Strips instead and was told they did not have any up. We waited. My wife did not care much for the strip. While I thought the food was good and they seemed to add a few extras, I find that a KFC should NOT run out of supplies. Mismanagement of supply orders or inadequate prep. times of stock on hand, perhaps. This too is not the normal. I remember when I was younger KFC supplied the meals for conservation day at Holley River State Park in WV. It was trucked in and the chicken was under-cooked and cold. Phone calls were made and The Colonel Himself flew in on a chopper to investigate. I heard Heads rolled so to speak. Not asking for any heads. But, this sort of thing is not what built this business and Is what ruined others. My ticket # is 3332 at 8:54 PM. Cashier Hanna was very polite and made several trip to the back to try and sort things out. HEY, we love the food and service. It should be consistent. Thanks. K1980110701163332

  8. Paul Kirley says:

Visited your McKinney, TX location yesterday with my granddaughter, and it was absolutely the worst meal either one of us has ever had at a KFC. We ended up tossing the food out and taking our drinks with us. My survey code is J6250300627163207 if verification is necessary. The chicken was really inedible, and the french fries were worse. Hopefully some of the new chicken restaurants opening here will be serving something better???

  9. jeremym gouker says:

    they where nice and helpfuly

  10. Susan Parks says:

Where is the survey? Also I went to the KFC in Somerset, PA several weeks ago and was shorted a piece of chicken. When you take out food it seems they can short you because you have already left and probably wouldn't got back when it is a distance.
I live in Johnstown, PA and both of the KFC's here shut down and the one in Ebensburg, PA.
    What's going on.

  11. Gary Bush says:

Trying to get a free go cup and this is so hard to find how do it thanks for making my sunday afternoon bad

  12. Cassandra Smith says:

I am very unhappy with the service that I have been getting from the KFC in Milford DE.
But today was the last straw.
call me a 302-242-3541 immediately please

  13. Darlene says:

    Where's the actual survey?

  14. C. Lazarine says:

We went to KFC/Taco Bell in Rockport, tx last night and was shorted our eight piece order by two pieces. One of the pieces was an end of a wing that had no meat on it. The chicken we did get was good and crispy. The sides were good, but the mashed potatoes were cool.
I will give them another chance, but will inspect the pieces before I leave the drive thru again. Don't you think that should not be necessary!!! People pay alot for an 8 piece order and deserve to get full pieces of chicken!!

  17. Walter Cox says:

The store was not busy so the cashier or packer had no excuse for an item not to be left off the order. I was charged $1.49 for my Chicken Little sandwich meaning I was robbed of my $1.49.
Beside this fact it is frustrating to arrive at home anticipating that taste and nothing.

I purchased a LB. of GIZZARDS (LG) and a LG Potato Wedge, some of potato wedges were so thin, overcooked, hard , almost burned. Like to eat with gizzards was disappointed no potatoes and upon returning them the next day then didn't have the gizzards to accompany them and being a Senior citizen didnt have'the funds to purchase more.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
