    I always use the Rochdale store it is always clean and the staff are so helpful nothing is to much trouble. If you cannot find a product they come and help you look for it , as I am disabled and aged 75 this is a very big help to me I recommend this store to all my friends .

      Just to say that all the staff at the Chester store are always helpful and friendly. Cheryl, Sue the young guys on home delivery packing. The store is always clean and tidy, Mark I think he is assistant Manager is always helpful.

    Whenever I go into Newtown shop all the staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The home delivery is very good as well. Elaine who works there is always pleasant as are Heather Vickie and shelly.

    To improve their customers services by providing self services machines so as to reduce the numbers of customers on the queue.
    Must Iceland stores are always small, which give little room and space for customers moving with trolleys and others carrying their big shopping bags.

    go into Harold hill store every weds such lovely staff and drivers always so happy and helpful we. try to go to michelles till if we can lee packs our bags does a brill job bev nice and the other girls, we was late going into Iceland this week they where all worried about us there like our friends, store always clean and tidy easy 2 get around love seeing maurcie happy smiley face what every the weather.see all you next week

    Have had my first delivery from the Goole store tonight and I found the driver Carl to be very friendly and helpful. They were all very friendly and helpful in the store. My son and daughter-in-law who live near Scarborough always shop in the Scarborough branch and it was them that gave me the idea & it was so easy to be able to do other shopping without carrying my groceries around. Everything is so reasonably priced also

    Have shopped in Iceland Glenrothes many times but never took a bonus card.Wish I had known how easy it was to sign up for one. Look forward to getting my permanent card now . We are both OAPs so will use Iceland often, as found it to be much cheaper than our usual supermarket

    my wife and i have always found the bletchley iceland store staff very helpfull,however today ( 12\10\2013) shop asssistant Ellie went above and beyond the normal great service .she engaged with my 3yr old daughter stopping the child from running around and in and out of the shop enabling me to finish my shopping with the knowledge that my child was safe. i am extremly greatfull for her help and kindness

    I shop in Iceland a couple of times a week I love everything you sell ,its great value for money and the quality is 100%. I love the meat and fish and all the vegetables . it great for entertaining and especially when my family friends grandchildren come over...im a real fan of Iceland and I often tell my friends family about the great value for money at Iceland...I would love to win at Iceland be so great 😉

    I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Eastleigh shop. I am a double leg amputee. I never fell that I am putting any of the staff out if I ask for help. On the tills Lyn, Sue on the shop floor Dave, Pam only to high lite a few, all the staff in the shop seem happy not just there for a job.

    I visited the Plymstock shop, the service was wonderful - so helpful. It is a pity that they do not stock short crust pastry only puff. I found the survey not customer friendly.
