    My friend and I got the chocolate mint shake this time. It was very good. Last weekend we had the Rachel sandwich. I was good but an unusual combination. Not sure if I would order it again.

    I bought Reuben & Rachel sandwiches & also an order of curly fries ( should of checked order )
    When I arrived home to eat -- no curly fries!!! I live 10 miles from Arby's-- not driving back ten miles just for curly fries. I think orders should be double checked before giving them to customer.

    I was in a hurry today so just drove through. My wife and I like the reuben sandwich. She wasn't with me today so I decided to get the double meat reuben. I have to say it was the worst sandwich I've ever tried to eat. I say tried to eat because it was so tough and full of gristle, I gave up after spitting out the first few bites. I pulled the meat out at it looked just like it tasted, tough and full of fat and gristle. Of course now I'm thinking the worst. It was a drive through, I ordered double meat, so here was a chance to get rid of a bunch of gristley meat without much fear of it coming back on them. Maybe true or maybe not but that's what I'm left thinking. Not going back for a while until I can forget about this.

    Had a lunch with family....had the beef sandwich which was ok could have been a little hotter but the fries were bits and pieces like they scraped the bottom of the fryer....then I decided I would try one of your chocolate mint shakes..took my order and i had to wait over 15 minutes to get it...three workers looked at the board and after the gentleman who ordered ahead of me got his order I should have been next but nada...when the girl who took my order left the register she realized I had not got my shake yet and got it for me. Very good shake but took too long to be served on a premade item....

    I went by to get a gyro. They were no longer on the menu. We got 2 of the Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches. The meat was very dry and hard and crispy. Usually get great quality of food but this was disappointing.

    The Arby's in Yukon, Oklahoma has one of the worst drive-thru service of not only Arby stores but all brands. This has been going on for about a year. 15-30 minute waits are not uncommon and doesn't seem what time of day or nite.

    I have been getting a Arby's Roast Beef Junior Deluxe and it always has 1 and 1/2 ounces of meat. Today this was not true there was two very small pieces of meat. that is the worst I have ever had Never going back.
