    Steaks & the food in general is terrific, the fact that they ask you right at the table when the steak first arrives to check it to make sure that it was done the way you ordered it, is awesome!

    Very disappointed. Location: 61-48 188th Street-Server: Carmen W-TB#44- The wait was 45 mins. Was there with my grandson and girlfriend. After such a long wait, Glenda's order when it finally arrived was cold, had to send back. My order along with my grandson was still to arrive and when it did, my spinach salad was more spinach than chicken, my grandson had asked for well done and it was not. Terrible, terrible service. I frequent Applebees @ the Skyview mall in flushing. They also have issues but have not experienced such bad service as I did as this location. My bill came to $70 which hurt to pay not only because of the wait but of the food. I asked the young lady why was it taking so long and she said that they were backed up. The service was so bad I could not, in all conscience leave a tip.

    Hello Susan, can't seem to get into your survey. But anyhow, we were in the Mentor, Oh Applebee's on Sat. June 21 @ 7 p,m,. Overall the food was very good, but......we ordered off of the 2/$25 menu. The portions were way under the size of the regular order. The menu does state that they are normal size portions as the regular menu. Not true. We were in a week earlier, had the same meals, and a much bigger portion. I had some to take home. Our ticket# is 8948-386361. I seemed to have misplaced the ticket from the week before. Otherwise the food and service were as great as usual. Thank you, Rita A. Kohr

    Please start offering as a side - SALAd- MY FRIENDS AND I ARE GOING TO START EATING ELSEWHERE SINCE WE CANNOT GET A SALAD WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE WHEN ORDERING AN EXPENSIVE ENTREE LIKE SALMON AND STEAK. THIS IS A MUST WITH US AND WE EAT OUT FIVE OR SIX TIMES A WEEK AS WE ARE RETIRED. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS I HAVE ALREADY TALKED WITH THE MANAGER.
