    My grandson and I visited the mc#0078 about the later part of January 2016 after his football practice.I ordered for my grandson a grilled cheese sandwich.He had taken some bites and much to our dismay he found a foreign object in it.We brought it to the attention of our server, and was very apologetic and offered to bring us another order of the same, we agreed but told her that we want it to go.I opened the take home container before we left, and found that they had put the same grilled cheese sandwich that had the foreign object in the container!!!!!.---Last night (02-04-2016)went to the same mc,ordered a grilled cheese and this time it came to us with the paper wrapper on the cheese.I will definitely not go to mc ever again.Manager needs to be trained or replaced!!!!!!!!!

    Three friends and I visited the MC # 0050 this afternoon about 4 pm. The event unraveled as we walked through the door when the manager did not even take our name, but said to our friend, "it doesn't matter." Then when he called us to be seated, he called "party of four." When we were seated, we had to ask for tableware. Two of the orders included French fries that were cold. I asked for a manager and complained; so he brought over two bowls of fresh fries. I told him we wanted to be compensated for the bad service we received. He said he could not do that. I replied that we wanted 15% deducted from our bills. He did do that reluctantly. The manager was not really friendly or helpful; his personality did not fit his position. As we are not from that area, we won't be returning as it lacked graciousness.

    I had a nice experience for dinner at your Visalia, CA store. But I was disturbed by the dirty silverware I was provided. I spent many years working in restaurants, including washing dishes in many before finishing my education and becoming a professional making a six figure income. My sons have since owned and operated restaurants. So I know how places should be run.
    The dining experience is tarnished by receiving silverware with hands-on food. All the greeters and friendly service people cannot conceal the failure to provide a clean and safe place to eat. Your managers must pay attention to ALL details. By the way, the survey your upper management pushes collects to convince themselves that they have necessary metrics is pretty damn foolish when it focuses on trivia such as how many beverages were offered but doesn't even provide a place to comment on what might actually be important to a customer.
    Your chain is visibly declining and needs attention to the basics instead of gathering metrics that allow management to pat themselves on the back.
    I used to go to MC often but have severely cut back in recent years because your operation has seemingly lost its way. I would love to see you improve. Otherwise just close now if you don't want to make the effort. And stop the ridiculous reliance on surveys.
