    I went to your Westville restaurant #17654 they made me get out of line to wait for my order and then my order was wrong and had to wait in line yet again. When I waited at the window yet for a second time I realized it was mostly kids working and they sure didn't seen like service was what was the first thing on their mind. If you have a bunch of kids working you better have a good manager. I wish I went to our DQ today.

    I just wanted to express my concern regarding the restaurant located in front of perry crossing in Plainfield, in. That I visited today. The placement of the beverage machine is ridiculous. It is directly behind the service counter....if you have 3 customers in line and you wish to get a soda...you must excuse yourself and crowd in behind them...its terrible at rush hour when they have all registers open. Just wanted to voice an opinion. Thanks

    Recently we were in McDonald's store 16449 and observer a very hard working employee named Shirley. We have been there on several occasions and every time this lady has done quite a bit to keep the store in tip top shape. As a matter of fact, Shirley is one of the hardest workers I have seen in ANY McDonald's. I am glad that your corporation gives the costumer a chance to praise such a worker.

    Went to Mc Donalds in Lihue, at 11:45pm the Manager that was working was polite and with excellent customer service and Service with a SMILE !!! Please THANK CLAIRE for us !!!
    We ordered a Big Mac meal, it was PERFECT !!! and hot fresh fries :)

    Visited Mcdonals this evening through drive through and had to wait 35 min. When at window server had her head turned speaking to another server across the restaurant while presenting bag of food to me. She did not even say thank you or anything. I did not feel welcome and was very disappointed.

    Would like to know why you can no longer get a chicken snack wrap with honey mustard. I hate the ranch dressing on the snack wrap. One of the McD's workers gave me a container of honey mustard so I can put it on myself. Now I request it, but it is not always in the bag. Why do you still have it in a dip package but can't put it on the wrap?

    I got a sales slip with a free qpc or egg mnmf. I had to go to mcdvoice.com for a Validation code. I could not figure it out. You need to make this easier to use. If you don't get a code then the free qpc is no good!

    I had lunch at McDonalds today Lafayette Rd. Portsmouth, N.H. 03801 I had notified you a few weeks ago about the conditions there and nothing has changed. Food is Great, Service is Great!
    Store is so cold we still had to eat with our coats and hat on, Ladies room was like a freezer with only Ice Cold water to wash my hands. Other customers with rubbing their hands together to try to create some heat. It would be so nice to go in their, take off our coats and hats and relax in a comfortable temperature.

    I, too, cannot take the survey to the end.............in order to get the validation code so I can get the "buy one, get one free". Won't let me answer the question that verifies the location. stopped attempt after couple of tries and won't try again - very bad advertising for an, otherwise, very good location and normally excellent service. I will continue to go, but don't like the idea of this "false attempt" to value the customer relationship by McDonalds - but the local staff is great!

    Bought a #10 breakfast meal. Opted to have orange juice instead of coffee, only to find out after paying that I was charged additional fees ($1.19) for juice. If coffee comes with the meal as I was told later, why wasn't I given the coffee, too, or at least only charged an additional .19 cents for the juice (coffee cost $1.00)? I was not offered anything that could remedy this matter for my satisfaction. I should have been told when I made the drink change of the additional cost. I left feeling jipped!
