    I was in the coatbridge store on Wednesday 20th September. I was helped by a girl Michelle in the ladies department. I just have to say, what a credit she is to that store. Her product knowledge and her knowledge of the tills and returns, every question I had she could answer. She was able to get the item I wanted by a vague description from myself. Very pleasant girl. If only she could be a personal shopper I would request her all the way 😁
