    I shopped in Marshalls in South Charleston while driving thru the area. The store has good prices. The checkout was really backed up but didn't take but about 30 minutes to check out.I would like to find a Marshalls close to Bluefield WV because they have a variety of merchadise.     I was doing shopping at Marshalls Store located on 17261 17th Street in Tustin, CA. 92780. I checked out and I left. The cashier name is Chanel. I forgot my wallet with everything on it (credit cards, my DL, etc.) at the cahier station. Chanel realized quick the situation and run out to catch me and return my wallet before living the store. I called her supervisor and I congratulate her for the super job, her honesty and attitude. I'm writing this "comment" to let people know what kind of service the Marshalls Store in Tustin the customers have. I hope we could have ONLY this super qualified workers, like Chanel, in all the stores. I would like her to receive at least a commendation. Good job Chanel and thank you one more time.

    I did not say anything while in the store because I did not want to cause a scene, however I did ask the young man for the managers name, this young man was very rude while checking me out, I ask him to scan an on sale item, he did not replay, he just looked like I was getting on his nerves, I shop at Marshalls very often, and have not found this type of attitude among the customer service workers, this was the first , normally I would just let it slide, but in this case he was so rude I wanted to try to make sure no one else has to put up with this type of behavior, I do not go out and spend my money to be insulted, I have worked in the public myself and I know how the public can be a challenge, but I can assure you this was unprovoked, I hope this not just be overlooked otherwise it is to no avail for me to take my time to report it. And I do plan to continue to visit Marshall's as I have for many years now.

    I went to the cashier to return a pair of slippers that did not have the tag and I did not have a receipt. The cashier said I could not return them. I browsed the store and went to the dressing room to try on a blouse and asked the attendant if my slippers would be ok in the cart as I brought them from home and was told I could not return them but the exact slippers were hanging up in the back of the store. Angela told me to speak to the manger, Tori about it and he immediately took my slippers, found an exact pair and reproduced a price tag for my slippers and I was able to get store credit! Thank you Angela and Tori at the Marshalls of Sothdale Shopping Center, 12 Mountain Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland 21061. I commend you both for excellent customer service, friendly and helpful attitude and willingness to go "the extra mile" for the sake of the customer!

    Once a week I shop in Marshalls on Midlothian turnpike in North Chesterfield, VA 23235. The sales cashiers are always dependable, but I would like to especially praise someone relatively new. Her name is Wendy, and not only is she competent and helpful, she is cordial and friendly and makes my shopping experience delightful.     When i visited marshalls at studio city, I loved every single experience, all the workers were super nice and the customer service was outstanding, but specially one stood out, Ervina, was amazing, she helped me with everything, got me anything i needed, fast and effective. Did not lose time for anything. I had a great experience in there and Ervina helped it make a great experience.
