    only places i shop for clothes is marshall's or tjmaxx, haven't been to a macy's for years! i have a small marshall's right up the street and go in every monday. i usually hit tjmaxx and home goods later in the week. carol is a cashier at my close marshall's (in irondequoit NY) and she is always so friendly, and remembers my name! she takes a little time to actually fold the clothes so they are never a mess once i get home.

    Hi had this fantastic person help me today, I was carrying everything in my arms, and couldn't carry anymore. Yanely, came out of the blue and offered to give me a cart to put everything into. I said that is so very nice, I continue to buy more. She was fantastic and delightful to talk to. You need to have more people like her, to run the store. This was my first time in the store. I think next time I will sight up for the rewards program she talked about. Thank you, bill siegel

    I had a pleasing and satisfying shopping experience at Marshalls. Located in the Prominade/D'Iberville, Ms. The store was well kept and merchandise well pleasing :)
    The managers were professional and very accommodating. I had my 90 yr old mother with me and she surprisingly became a lil tired during our visit. (Lol)*
    Their assistance with the store wheelchair and allowing her comfort to be very considering on their part. One even wheeled her outside the front door while I pulled up my car and placed her inside. This was very much appreciated both by my mother and myself..." 😉

    I have shopped at marshalls for many years. In the last two years I have been very disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. The clothes remind me of walmart and the shoes are cheeper looking than Payless. Your buyers are doing a terrible job. Please hire new buyers. My store at marple crossing used to be a high end store. Not anymore. Very sad to not be shopping with you anymore.

    Great shopping experience! The obvious were the great prices!
    Upon entering the store we were greeted by a lady with contagious smile! She was very friendly.
    Through out the time we were there, there were other employees who were ready and willing to help.
    This experience definitely leaves me knowing that my husband and I will be returning to this store more often!

    The Marshall website is very restrictive and hard to use. As a visitor to the site i must be able to view what the store sells before i'm forced to enter location and information.
    Relax the restrictive nature of the site. After all I AM THE CUSTOMER i don't wish to be interrogated before i get the chance to shop.

    I was shopping in the other Marshall buy some shoes . Arrive home I open they were two different size. Next day I go back to Marshall store 465 ( where I always go) try to exchange the shoes. I been help with Meg (store manager) she look around for the same shoes for me but they don't have . So She call the other store where I originally purchase my shoes and they will have shoes the next day. She's very helpful. And the cashier Carol was really nice too. I go back to this Marshall again .

    I found the Marshall in Cedar Hill to be clean but not stock with a lot to choose from. I did find your shoe department offered an array of shoes to choose from. I spent an enormous amount of money in the underwear dept. I like Marshall quite a bit. I have shopped there for years. Please offer more dresses to choose from in this location.
