    as usual, I find all my contacts at any of M and T Bank locations have been very satisfying. Only one instance has been disappointing. I entered the same deposit into my checkbook. I spoke with bank manager at the Whitesboro, NY branch and she said my checking account would be credited for $154.oo in od charges, because I have over $50,000.00 ina money market account at M and T Bank. I fealize this was my fault, but $154.00 was not credited to my account.

    Usually I always use the ATM in Johnson City, NY. Never again will I enter the inside of that bank. I do not like rude people. When I ask a question do not act superior to me. Supposedly, these are the people with financial information. Fortunately, employees in other branches could not be more helpful.

    M and T bank in Schuylkill Haven is without a doubt the most efficient bank I personally could recommend. The entire staff from head manager to loan officer to tellers are always there to help you in every way you need in banking business. 5 star bank

    I've had several heart attacks and only 1 monthly check, I have 8 grandchildren who I love very much. I thought I would love to give them a keepsake from pop-pop and thought I would leave each one a hundred Eisenhower silver dollars. I know that they are only worth face value 1 dollar but I felt it will be something special to remember pop-pop when the Lord takes me home. The tellers would save them for me and when they came in they would exchange them for however many they had. It took a little over 2 years to save them, but I've collected a hundred dollars for each of my grand children. Thanks to all the girls at Sch. Haven, Pa. m&t bank

    I tried to get INTO your Survey. I kept going around in Circles...could NOT get into a SURVEY at all. I deposited $3500 in the 24 Hour Deposit in Frankfort NY. My Certificate # on the RECEIPT I got was 21024 301103 540420. I asked on my DEPOSIT form (with an *) "plz include a TOTAL $ receipt" when you send the form back.. I got a #3500 DEPOSIT slip/form...but THAT was it! That's kind of NORMAL for this branch. I get the receipt I request ABOUT 1 out of every 5-6 times. So much for 24 HOUR DEPOSITS huh ? I'd love to get in theSURVEY...but your Software is NOT to nice. I am VERY computer literate! Try it yourself...Don't get dizzy going around in CIRCLES!
