Hello. And Bye.
Experienced my first disappointing meal at Macaroni Grill on the 5th of May, 2013.
Dallas, Georgia location.
The appetizer, stuffed mushroom caps were cold.
Skimped on the Penne Rustica sauce.
The Server, “Ashley” was accommodating. Kept the water filled.
The Penne Rustica and Eggplant came out hot.
Whereas I will occasionally go to Macaroni Grill, I won’t be going back to this one.
The Macaroni Grill’s in Tennessee are far better.
Should have gone to a Mexican Restaurant on Cinco de Mayo.
We are not interested in getting "freebies," just an ideal experience. We come to the Macaroni Grill at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC often. Our server on 022813 was Ben, manager, Ted Robinson and the awesome chef, Berni. The food is excellent, the service likewise. There is only one aspect that can make people not want to come back, and this is the relentless, 1950s-1960s, Sinatra-style jazz. After 15 minutes it becomes unbearable -- we have heard others complain. It puts many customers on edge. At least mix the music style, please, so you don't spoil an otherwise exceptional experience. Since this is an Italian-style restaurant, bring in some Italian music -- traditional and modern. Thanks, Florian and Yulia
Ask for butter for my bread/butter was hard as a rock had refrigerater taste/ like being in refrigerater not covered. I like dean martin and blue eyes/ but music too loud. Prefer just soft classical
Our party of six were celebrating two birthdays last night at your Seal Beach location. Our dinner was the worst experience we have ever endured at a restaurant. Throughout the entire time we were there, the unrelenting shouting and commotion from the kitchen made it impossible to even carry on a conversation. My wife left with a splitting headache
