    Erin did an exceptional job explaining all the different choices in recliners without overwhelming us with too much information. We found 2 perfect fitting recliners. Danielle showed us the end tables that would compliment our recliners & the layout of our living room. We never felt rushed or ignored. The entire process was paced to our needs. We definitely recommend the Wauwatosa, WI location.

    Chris DePietto (our sales person) and Amy(designer) were so incredible to work with. Chris showed us all the pieces that fit what we were looking for, took his time, didn't make us feel rushed and made it a lot of fun. Amy did our home visit and measured our room so she could show us how the pieces would look and fit on her computer program. It was amazing.     Our sales associate was Leslie Richerson and we were very happy to meet up with a sales person that appeared to be happy in her job, was very knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products. We had long been unhappy with the ratchet type system on some of your recliners. This time, with Leslie's help and direction, we went a different route. It is very difficult in this day and age to get good retail help and more difficult to get someone who knows what they are about. We have been loyal customers for many years and will continue to be so. Please reward Leslie as much as you can, she already has our thanks and a "well done" for her care with us. Thank you.

    Purchased Lazy Boy Maverick recliner/glider on 8-8-16 and brought it home. Immediately noticed a grinding and clicking noise coming from the gliding mechanism. Within one week, two bolts, front and back fell off the rocking mechanism rendering the chair useless. Very poor assembly quality! Called Lazy Boy repair service and they said it would be a week before anyone could make an in-house repair. When the serviceman arrived, he only shook his head after I described my dissatisfaction with my new Lazy-Boy product. Spent a lot of money for poor quality and repair service. Not the Lazy-Boy product or service I am please with.
