    I went to the lubys on Hawkins at around 5pm on Thursday on 02/08/2018. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary I didn't get the name of the lady but she was on the heavy side with glasses and brown hair she was at the register. My bill was 38 dollars I had 36 dollars on a prepaid credit card I know I had to pay the difference with another card or even cash but she got bothered by the fact that I didn't tell her how I was going to pay the difference and her comment was very sarcastic and she responded by saying "I guess you are not going to tell me how you are going to pay the difference now are you?" When I had the difference in my hand. Very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic employee that you have working for lubys. I will never go back to eat there. There is no need for comments like that of any kind, she didn't even give me the receipt she said she would take it to our table but never did. Very unsatisfied customer I hope you set her straight and teach her customer service and the importance of treating your customers with respect no matter the age

    Lupe was our server and gave us outstanding service. She was so polite and professional. Everything we asked for she got for us and more. My family and I would come back not only for the food but for the great quality of service Lupe provided for us.

    Beaumont Luby's- I usually got to the Luby's in Port Arthur at least twice a month. However; the weather is bad and my neighbor has Luby's on her list so I opted to purchase in Beaumont. The food was excellent and the staff always friendly. My favorite Liver and onions, the tasted didn't let me down!

    San Antonio #4 for the last 3 visit we have had very bad experience they are always out off food and we have to wait for 45 mins. Even the cashier tells us that every time we go they are out of food.we alwats spend anywhere from $ 56 - $ 60 and its ashame we have to wait. Hope to hear or get a response from someone.

    survey is not helpful at all . The screen should be displayed once you have entered the link.
    Luby's has messed up twice on my order. I have called the store and the 1800 # and neither one of them offered me a meal at no charge. They left out my tarter sauce and my lemon for my fish , after all that is what makes the fish taste good. Also I would go by during lunch hour and evenings and most of the time they were out of Lime Congeal.
    I am pretty disappointed with their service.

    Food is good no complains. We go there often for lunch and sometimes dinner. It's happens often where we have to pay and cashier is not around. We've seen her phone, visiting with other customers, or what it seems like doing homework. It's an inconvenience we have wait for her to pay and our food is getting cold. I've never complained but now I feel I should since this has happened more than three times. Next time I don't think ill wait. Cashier name kassy

    I had not eaten at a Looooby's in years and won't be going there again. The food used to be good but the turkey, dressing and green beans were cold. I went straight from the serving line to a table and the food was already cold. I now know better and will not waste my $6.48 again at your establishment. There were few cars in the parking lot at 5:00 p.m. on a Monday and I didn't read the warning. I really wonder who you have paid for some of these positive comments because I did not have the same experience.
