    Very, very disappointed with recent shopping experiences at L&T. This used to be my "go to" store - turns out they are no longer staffing counters, and the folks in the store are very poorly trained. I really wonder if they are trying to go out of business - on the limited occasions that I do try to shop at L&T, I am nothing but disappointed. I now have a piece of jewelry in for repairs - after multiple calls (no one ever answers at the jewelry counter), I have to go back to the store to find out the status of the repair. I've tried customer service, but they cannot assist and keep sending me back to jewelry, where there is no reply. Can't wait to get my item back and take my business elsewhere. This store has really become a disappointment.

    I visited L&T on Jan. 2,2018 to purchase a baby gift . I was dismayed that there were no boxes in which to mail this $50 gift and the clerk in the Baby dept. insisted there were no boxes available.. I took it upon myself to visit every check out station to find an adequate box and no one could help or even offered to help. Finally I found an employee,Beverly, in dresses who told me if I waited until she completed the transaction she was involved in she would find me a box. True to her word she searched and found what i needed. Beverly is to be praised for being truly what a sales associate should be.

    I made a purchase today at the Walt Whitman Mall store in Huntington N.Y. I had the pleasure of being served by Nicole (assoc: 994847) She was extremely courteous and helpful and whenever I shop at the store I seek her out. She makes my shopping experience a delight!

    I was recently shopping in L&T shoe department in Livingston,NJ. I was very impressed with Nancy, the sales associate helping me. She was polite, professional and most knowledgeable by answering my questions and making suggestions. I could not purchase the shoes in store but Nancy was able to order them for me which made for a very pleasant shopping experience. I have been shopping at L&T for a very long time and a sales associate like NANCY is why I will continue to do so!

    I am writing to inform you regarding my recent shopping experience in the shoe department at Lord & Taylor in Livingston,NJ. I was quite impressed with Nancy, the sales associate who was helping me. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable and was most helpful by answering my questions and making suggestions. I could not purchase the shoes in store (my size not in stock) but Nancy was able to order them for me which made for a very pleasant experience. I have been shopping at L&T for a very long time and a sales associate like NANCY is one of the reasons why I will continue to do so!

    I'm very upset that L&T no longer sells petite women's clothing. During my last visit I met three petite women in the store complaining of the same thing. I have spent a lot of money in L&T buying clothing, then stopping in the handbag, shoe dept. and cosmetic dept. many times to make an additional purchases. I guess that Lord and Taylor doesn't have any regard for petite women.

    I just had a very pleasant experience...
    I bought Laure Mercier make up from a Chanel saleswoman..
    She was beyond helpful even tho it was not her area..
    She spent quality time with me..
    I actually asked her name..Alexandra..
    If you shop Palisades center look for her..you will be happy..
    I am not a makeup person but she was THE BEST!

    I am VERY upset that your store is eliminating a petite department. I have shopped at this site even when it was Hahnes. I have purchased coats, dresses to wear to weddings etc over the years. I am not happy that I can only purchase on line. Is this decision necessary? Does this store not like petite adults? I am a Real Estate Broker Salesperson at Coldwell Banker across from your Westfield store.

    I purchased some Clarins facial serum @ the Lord and Taylor store in Victor NY. The sales associate named Taylor Celentano was helpful, professional and cheerful. The shopping experience was delightful.

    I was in your NYC store on Monday, April 13th. I shopped in the Kate Spade handbag section. A lovely sales associate by the name of Amal Elkayed helped us. She was very informative and helpful. Most of all pleasant. This makes a person want to shop more! I purchased a Kate Spade bag and wallet. I am excited and awaiting for it to be delivered. We came in from NJ and had a wonderful experience!

    We were in your Eastview Mall store, NY, on Sunday, March 15th, 2015. We were looking for a specific item in the Ralph Lauren department, and found what we were looking for as far as style, but not in our size.

    A sales associate, Neal Tucker, approached us and asked how he could be of service. We told him what we wanted. He knew that was the only pair of that style in the store, so he researched the L&T website, and the Ralph Lauren site to see if the item we were looking for was still available. (Style:WSTPRT1 8743691484) It is a style that's no longer available. He suggested other styles.

    He went above and beyond an average retail employee's efforts to please a customer. He was professional in his approach and his sophisticated dress. He was very helpful and pleasant.

    We assure you that Mr.Tucker is not a relative or friend. Until yesterday, we'd never seen him before. The next time we're in the Eastview store, we will look for him to help us. We appreciate sales associates like him.

    I was at your in Manhattan yesterday . The sale person that help me her is Velicia her ID#134-001-082-3071. I was very please . She was excellent and she knows her product. I love shopping at Lord And Taylor. Velicia really convince me and I decide to buy the product. You need more people live her and Vicky who works at the coat dept. Also there is a lady at the Watch dept I did not get her name she needs to be recognize. She very tall ,she has pepper salt her and she is very friendly . She knows her product because of these people I will continue to shop at Lord and Taylor.

    The sales person name is Vicky she work in the coats department . She is a very helpful Lady always ready to help the customer. They should have more people like Vicky working at Lord and Taylor. She knows the product. Even though sometimes I just stop buy to visit her or say Hello.
