    I have been looking for a refrigerator for almost two years now that would fit my space and I didn't have to donate an organ to be able to afford a new fridge FINALLY found it on the showroom floor at Lowe's!! I've seen it online but was so happy to actually open the doors of the fridge and freezer and decide if this was for me. Well, not only did I aesthetically like the fridge, but it definitely fit my space. Not to mention I would be able to be keep both of my kidney's! But more importantly, was the helpfulness of the salesperson. He not only reaffirmed the measurements but placed my order for it and set up an extended warranty and set up delivery at my convenience. I'm extremely happy with this particular search and successful shopping trip to Lowe's. It continues to be my favorite place to shop!

    If it was not for the help of Asst. Manager Deb Mitchell at the Howell, MI store, we would not have purchased a television set at Lowes. We went to Lowes in order to utilize an 11% rebate from a previous purchase. Ms. Mitchell's help was outstanding.

    Purchased my Maytag Washing Machine 3 days ago. Mary Lu was so wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the products and was very friendly. I was so confused with so many types of machines. She helped me make the right decision. She greeted me with a smile when I first got to the department. She explained that she had a customer and as soon as they were done she would be right with me. Her smile and the fact that she acknowledged me. Made me want to stay and wait a few minutes. She was well worth the wait. Never going back to Home depot. A very satisfied customer. Doug at check out also was awesome checking me out !!

    Had a great experience with Jimmy at the Tucson Lowe's on Valencia Road. I am remodeling our kitchen and felt like I had no brain cells left. He very efficiently explained all I needed to know about under cabinet lighting, and was quite pleasant to boot. Already told the manager, but he said he can't contact " administration ". Why not? They should be able to record compliments ! so , here is your comment!

    Lowe's is my favorite all in one builders/fix-all stores. Staff and store manager at the IH35 N O'Connor store are very helpful in all departments. As to their competitors, we can always find someone in Lowe's to help with a concern and what I most admire if one attendant doesn't know, thy will find someone who does instead of ignoring or filibustering you off.

    Made a purchase today and tried to complete your "guest satisfaction survey" and a chance on your monthly $300 drawing.
    Never got passed the third page saying that my 12 digit number was already entered. If that is the case then we are both getting scammed since I just got that number and have not entered it!
    On a different note, the service at the store(Gilford, NH) was excellent. Paul Dostie

    I will never step foot again in the Lowes in Muncie, In. Went in to check out their wallpaper and even though their aisle stated wallpaper there was no wallpaper down that aisle when I asked for help all I was told was it is down aisle 9 when I told them there was no wallpaper down that aisle I was told "I don't know where it's at then. Decided to just buy the other things that I had when I got to the check out the lady asked other customers if they had a my Lowes card, but when I got up there never even asked. And I had signed up to get the 10% Military Discount. I feel that Lowes discriminated against me because of the company I work for and (no it is not one of your competitors). Because I went in this time in my work uniform other times I have gone in out of uniform I had no problem getting help.

    Supposed to fill out a survey, all I see are lots of ways to get junk e-mails.
    The Lowes in West Melbourne is excellent. I can almost always find cheerful, willing help at any time of the day. The people in the garden center are fairly knowledgeable. Returns are not a problem.

      Convoluted way to get to any survey, mostly ads and pop ups to attract to more junk mail. Never found the entry described on the receipt, just multiple headings about surveys that have nothing to do with the one on the receipt.
