Bought a few items at Lakeland today. Staff were very helpful in showing me where items were and in arranging purchase.
Called into Lakeland Windermere for tea and scones with my wife and finished up buying a Gtech Air Ram plus handheld cleaner with a3 year guarantee.Shop was spotless,service was excellent and the vacuum cleaner didn’t disappoint.Thank you Lakeland!
This is an unnecessarily complicated website - I haven't the patience to continue with the survey.Yesterday I purchased an 'Extending Wooden Shoe Rack' from the Harrogate branch. I managed to assemble it despite the screws being too short & the screw covers being the wrong size.A non DIY purchaser would have had to return it.The staff at Harrogate were very helpful.
I wanted to complete the survey, but the website is complicated by other sites, for example "log into email", and so difficult to enter your survey, which is why I haven't completed it. This is unfortunate, because my shopping experience today was very good, customer service was very helpful, and I achieved what I wanted, and was able to purchase what i wanted. The store is your Handforth store.
I recently visite your Webbs of Wychbold site because my Norton Security software kept rejecting my attempts to purchase an item from your website. We drove to Wychbold and found a very pleasant sales person who couldn't have been more helpful! She even went and fetched the item I wanted from the shelf for me. It was was a pleasant experience all round - who needs the internet!
I have seldom been served by such a sweet friendly assistant. She was reaasuring and jolly about my expensive purchases (2 heated plate warmers)£35 each. Her name was Sarah.

I had a very bad day while visiting your Belfast store yesterday. I telephoned on my return home but got no satisfaction whatsoever. A very serious price difference in your prices for The Mrs Bridges gifts
I called at another retailer less than ten miles away and was agrieved to see I would have save almost 33 pounds on the few items I bought from you . I am almost 80 years of age otherI would have returned to Belfast and got refunds. I was a mail order customer for many years before you opened up in N. Ireland. If ever , it will be a mighty long time before I visit your store again, even though I really like many of your products. I wanted to email the company but unable to find an email address. I am unable to get to your survey site,.
As I customer of many years and used to browsing calmly in the shop I was surprised when shopping in my usual store in Bath to have staff being pushy, interrupting me and asking on several occasions if I was OK. If this is your new "customer service" I am not impressed at all. When I decided to leave one item at the checkout as I was not sure of the size, I was pushed to take it as apparently returns can be made in 3 years!! Finally persuaded the assistant that I did not want it!

Why do I have to download a lot of unwanted stuff onto my laptop in order to enter my comments and enter the free prize draw? I feel this is a ploy to gain access to my browsing history and laptop. I have just bought a burger press and find the instructions unhelpful and lacking. Also the press to be overpriced - even at sale price. I am yet undecided on whether to return for a refund. I was also disappointed that the staff did not point out to me that the wax discs I bought were the wrong size for the press.
this afternoon, I came to theLAKELAND, there is a really nice woman upstairs, and helped me to find whether there is a new stuff for me. I felt at home.

I am able to order from France, but one of my highlights on my visit to England at end of last year and the beginning of this year was my visits to Lakeland at Cribs Causeway Bristol, Cheltenham and Taunton where I filled the car up with the wonderful Christmas sale offers. Amazing value and the staff were extremely helpful. Back home in France I am delighted with my purchases especially my white mixing bowls and pie dishes. Thank you Lakeland.

Hi Lakeland.....I frequent the L1 store on a regular basis and have to say the quality of all goods I have purchased from there, I am so delighted with. Retired this year and have started a college course in bakery and cake making and decorating. Will be visiting more often!!

my grandson has seen me use the electric mixer I brought from you a few years ago and asked if he could make a cake using the mixture. It turned out rely well except the cake stuck to the dish.
The following week he came to us after school with his ingrediants to make another cake, again it was nice, everyone enjoyed it except it stuck again. The main reason for it sticking was due to him not leaving the cakes to cool down enough. But he asked me where I got the cake tins from, and after I told him he comment was, if they had been Lakeland tins they would not of stuck, so last Wednesday I brought two new cake tins, loose bottom and a good deal buy one get one half price. Good old lake land, even the younger generation is learning about your quality.

(EASIYO YOGET MIX IS NOW ONLY AVAILABLE IN 5 PACK BOXES AND SOME FLAVOURS NOT IN STOCK. I would prefer to purchase in single packs so as to buy a selection of flavours of my choice.

i visited the lakeland store at the arnison retail park durham. I did not expect to get my item as I had tried in many reatail stores with no luck. the sales girl came straight to me and asked if she could help I was delighted when she took me straight to what I wanted. I will shop there again.
On 04 February 2016 I visited Lakeland's Canterbury branch for the first time.
I found the staff to be exceptionally attentive and efficient, and due to their efforts was able to purchase a "missing link" for my Kitchen Aid equipment.
I returned yesterday, purchasing 2 more items and now consider myself to be a dedicated future customer!
Only place I can buy decent kitchen foil at a reasonable price.
Just thought I'd let you know about two members of staff at the store at Bridgemere nurseries both Victoria and Sara were extremely helpful and courteous nothing was too much trouble for them which makes a pleasant change. So big thank you to them both. Well done.
We are fortunate to have one of your stores near us in Chichester. I receive your catalogues and always brouse through them before going to purchase goods at the store. My comment is about the catalogue. Please please could there be an index at the back of the catalogue giving more detailed lists of what is available i.e. are baking trays preparation or cooking? Where, in the new catalogue are the Pyrex trays which I saw in the last one? I know you have so many wonderful products for sale and this might be difficult. But other firms such as Argos have such indexes and they have many products as well! Maybe you need to check the ease of finding something in your catalogue with someone who has had nothing to do with the preparation of it it or who is not a store assistant.
By the way I think you are a great company. I first knew your company when I went to buy freezer bags from you in the Lake District!
Your staff are friendly and attentive, your products are excellent- I would say that you are the Marks and Spencer of the kitchen world. I have only one complaint - your goods are expensive. One could spend a fortune in your shop.

Yesterday I visited your store in Truro - it was pouring with rain, I had negotiated a traffic jam but the minute I entered your store I was kindly, couteously welcomed and well treated. As an OAP (I am very forgetful) so I had cut outs from your catalogues of my requirements not a list. Both assistants were understanding and helpful, one took my cuttings and fetched my items, some of which were upstairs! I was so relieved and pleased. I felt I would like you to know about this service which one rarely receives in other stores.
