I took a class at the Mentor Store. It was the one of pillow case in 1 hour and the other one 1 hour on sewing Try Me_Infinity Scarf V1. The instructor should have checked to make sure all the sewing machine were working. One lady could not get it to run and found out she needed a new foot pedal and another machine was not working. Had to get that one replaced. In the mean time she is tell us what to do between getting the 2 machines fixed. After they were fixed our time was almost over. She was trying to rush us so we could finish the hour. Would I take another class, it would be very hard to make up my mind. I would look around at other sewing classes before making my choice. It would be good if your instructors were given better training. I was also interested in the Burlap class, but was the only one. I paid for the class and even if I was the only
one to sign up for it, I should have been given the class. It was for one hour.
The experience regarding the cake decorating class was awful. Every week the supply list we were giving was wrong for the next class. When calling the store to find out the right supplies no one had known. This had to be the worst and disorganized class we have ever signed up for. Also the cost was outrageous considering we always had the wrong supplies. Before you have another class like this, you need to reorganize and get the facts together before charging people. Thank You.
When you ask for me to take a survey, and I take the time to actually do you a favor and take your survey and then I get there and its not taking anymore. FAIL on your part. I will never do it again.
