    I shop at your store on 88th & Ridgeland in Oak Lawn. On Dec. 21st I picked a cart that I thought was in good shape but as soon as I started putting groceries in it I could hardly push the cart in the direction I wanted to go. I would think for all the money your customers spend in your store you would service your carts.

    Also, your doors that are supposed to keep your bake goods fresh do not close. In the summer there are flies all over everything. The only things I buy now are the packaged pastries.

    Jim McNutt meat dept fox river grove is one of your best. His ever lasting smile, willingness to help or recommend is outstanding. He assists in picking out the best cut of meat, recommends which seafood is great. We have complete satisfaction with his choice.     I was at the Jewel in New Lenox on Schoolhouse Road. It was pouring down rain as I was attempting load my groceries in my car (I had declined the offer of help when I was checking out thinking it would not be difficult). Anthony was retrieving carts in the parking lot, saw my distress in handling the large bags of water softener salt, and came over 3 parking aisles to assist me. He also took my cart so that I could limit my time in the rain. He didn't ask... he just did. A great act of service and kindness

He moved on to cashier and now at the express line does TWO lines at once! A most pleasant and intelligent young man, I wish there were more like him.     The Oswego Jewel is small and not very well kept. I was at the front counter, waiting to ask a question, but the girl behind the counter was too busy talking to an x-employee to be bothered to stop her conversation and answer my question. Not at all happy with the Oswego Jewel !!!

    Couldn't get the survey but want to share some comments. I found all dept. people very pleasant, had a positive attitude and very helpful where I shop at store #3047, Downers Grove, IL I love item variety, organics and Jewel's brand items. An added plus was the hand out list for items location aisle. A big time saver and great for people with a physical problem that can't read the overhead signs. Do need more open cashiers for big orders. Many times only two open with long lines/waiting and customers upset. This would greatly help the shopping experience.

    I wanted to comment on my experience at the Jewel at 4660 Irving Park.....regarding Rose 105 a cashier. I usually visit Jewel at least twice weekly and I always look for Rose. She is very nice and intelligent and always greets you with a warm smile and her jolly personality always makes my day. Jewel should consider themselves lucky to have a wonderful employee like Rose.

    We don't want to enter survey. But we DO want to tell Jewels how pleased we are that you are now carrying all those organic products. It is so very nice to not have to drive to Ottawa, Ill. to Krogers to get organic veggies and other foods. We once thought that Kroger's was the best store around in our area, but now with O products, Jewel's wins hands down. It is so wonderful to have such a variety of choices (I can ONLY eat organic because I get violently ill from chemicals) Thank you so very much for listening to your customers.
