    I have been very satisfied with the Dealership and their people, from the management down to all their staff. My complaint is the Car which is the X3 with the X Drive, has a vibration problem. When the car is in Econ or Comfort mode, at Engine RPM's of 1200-1500, regardless of shift settings there is a vibration which I have been told is NORMAL. If I change to Sport mode the RPM's are above 2000 and the vibration is gone. I cannot believe that there isn't some way for the BMW Engineers to come up with a correction to this problem It doesn't make sense to drive in city traffic in the Sport Mode. I really like the car except for this issue. Please let me know when this problem will be corrected.

    I was very pleased with the BMW 440 service during my recent appointment. The Advisors were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Work was done within the time stated. The Manchester, NH facility could use a better waiting room, although it was comfortable. Service was a 10.

    Taking my JCW convertible to the dealer to fix the premium sound system for the 4th time tomorrow. If it finally gets fixed I will be a satisfied customer. Until then, I am a frustrated and dissatisfied owner.

    I was very pleased with the BMW/Cooper service during my recent appointment. The Advisors are friendly and helpful, and the work was done within the time predicted, with my new car coming out clean as a whistle. The facility is modern and comfortable, and I don't mind spending time waiting while using the Wifi and coffee service. This is my second car with the Dealership, and the service is one of the reasons i chose to deal there.

    The service is wonderful! I always feel that the serviceman are honest and really take the time to make sure I am happy. I feel really special when I walk in. The CEO of BMW really knows how to conduct business and attract customers. I have went to many car dealers and had my car fixed and it is just not the same as BMW.

    I am the owner of a BMW M550D (quite an expensive but beautiful car). I am the CEO/CIO of a financial institution. I bought my car with the Grarage KONTZ in Luxembourg. Recently I had a problem with the wheels (one was "broken" after having driven through a hole on the highway in Belgium/Luxembourg) and it had to be changed. At this occasion , the KONTZ garage was extremely inflexible and not helpful at all. Additionally , they do not seem to focus too much on the customers and their satisfaction. 10 days to replace one wheel , while I needed my car for professional urgent reasons. They did not try at all to find creative solutions for me and they were not "kind" at all on the phone , but quite rigid and inflexible "this is the standard delay and standard procedure". wth such a service I will never buy a BMW anymore and never anything with Kontz. I had several Audi's (A8 etc..) before and that would have never happened with Audi.
    Could you forward this complaint to BMW officially , please ?

    Roseville BMW was very helpful. USAA buyers service w/Truecar.com made for an excellent purchase.
    My only complaint is BMW's lack of a spare tire/jack/lug wrench with our new 2014 X3. Can only imagine being in an SUV in the mountains/dessert on a flat, run-flat tire.
