  2. jill says:

I wish to say how disappointed with your advertising of sale priced items. Your sales dated 10/01/18 is miss leading with the ad saying chicken tenders375-400g Selected varieties. Of course I wished to purchase the tenders- only to be told there were none only selected varieties. This is not the first time I have found this to be the case. I feel it is disappointing that I am turned off by shopping at IGA, in the future ,due to the way you advertise.

  9. Adele McKenzie says:

This weeks Market Day has been advertised all over various media,so imagine my dissapointment when I went to my local IGA in Rutherglen Vic. only to be told that the beef blade roast advertised for $7:99kg could not be supplied to our store. Apparently the butcher(who by the way is fantastic) has tried to source the meat to no avail. Very, very dissapointed as I'm sure a lot of the locals will be.

  10. Judy Ellingsen says:

We moved to Numurkah about 2 years ago. We have watched the little IGA shop grow into a very nice supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have investigated new products and introduced some like Miso soup. We have chosen to shop locally as much as possible instead fo using Shepp. We find the Numurkah IGA meets most of our needs. We enjoy going to shop there. Their rewards programs are very handy. I do recommend the store to others.

  19. sherrie McDonald says:

I have always shopped at my local IGA in Yass, and found it to be a very positive experience. I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes before extra staff are brought back to the register. The range is great, staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I go nowhere else.

  23. linda fiander says:

Having moved to an area where an I G A is easy to get to, have found it to be a great store, Rowville 3178. Firstly it is very clean, all over, the staff are very helpful, a wonderful variety of goods, and displayed in an inviting way. The checkout chicks are always pleasant, never hurry you when fumbling in your purse for money etc, I actually enjoy shopping there.

  24. Brad Hull says:

I shop at Sarina IGA have a choice of woolies down the road but prefer IGA

  25. Alisha Moreton says:

parkin st IGA, I went there today to pick up a few essentials before heading home, I wanted a cold chicken and some cold meat from the deli, I stood and waited and waited and waited and waited, others were served before me while I waited, after a few customers were seen to, and still waited, the rude woman that served others, then whistled while staring at me, so I spat a few choice words then walked away, this was the worst service I have ever got at this particular IGA, I didn't ask to be treated like a piece of shit, so I don't know why this person would not serve me, as I was waiting my turn, even after others were seen to before me. I think some people should be taught how to treat customers, maybe people person skills, might help, then again some just cant do people. so shouldn't work in the people industry.

  26. KATHLEEN RYAN says:

I always come out of the IGA shop with a smile on my face.

  31. Maree Churchill says:

The Mount Morgan IGA is the best .. staff are always helpful..if they do not have a product they will get it for you..their food is always fresh..and their prices are very competitive to the other big supermarkets and a lot of the time cheaper .. I check the brochures when they come out and I always shop local where it is at all possible .. a lot of the time if the product is not cheaper I do not get it and wait for it to come on special .. living on a tight budget it pays to do this and not waste fuel going elsewhere ..
    Maree Churchill

  32. Beverley Perrin says:

My IGA store in Churchill in the bestest store ever the staff are always ready and more than happy to help with any request and with a smile while they do it, happy to have a chat for a few minutes and willing to discuss any issues you may have . If you are not happy with any product that you have purchased from the store they will happily refund your money or replace whichever you prefer. The deli, the butcher, the chicken shop will chat with you about any of their products and if needed tell you how to prepare it for cooking

  33. sanaa malek says:

  34. Lorraine says:

It is hard to find anything in the new Blayney store, their prices have gone up and the seafood at the front of the store is very smelly. Fruit and vegetable prices are especially expensive compared to other stores just 35kms away.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
