    I believe that Hornbacher's is the best supermarket chain in this area. I do most of my grocery shopping there even though Walmart is sometimes cheaper on some products. Much more personal and friendly, with the best produce around and an excellent meat counter.

    You do have the most helpful staff with the exception of some Ozool employees who are learning the be a good employees. I am sure they will be better as time goes on. I also know the labor market is tight in the F-M area also and can affect the quality and professionalism of new hires

    Hornbachers has been the store of choice for many years getting possibly 60-65% of my grocery purchases However , in the past couple of months, your weekly ad has less items and fewer pages and you have lost most of my business. I prefer to purchase from other than Walmart and have changed my destination to Cash Wise and Family Fare depending on their specials on items I need.

    I just thought you should know. I know there are printing costs and newspaper insertion costs involved and probably a small kink in your profits from advertising more items but is it worth losing customers?
