    Nick and all his colleagues at Hertz Canada Ltd. B.C. Coquitlan Branch were very helpful; prompt in returning my phone calls and even matched the price of another car rental. On June 1, 2015, I rented a Dodge Caravan for my overseas guests. When we realized that this minivan wasn't big enough to accommodate all the 6 adults (who were driving to the Rockies Mountain) and their belongings, Nick graciously upgraded the car to a Yukon XL which was much bigger in size, without extra cost. The whole experience with Nick was a very positive one and I'll surely recommend it to anyone. However, please DO NOT rent from the Hertz, Maple Ridge Branch because the service there was TERRIBLE.

    The HERTZ-Team was extremely friendly and helpful (picking-up the car, exchange the car etc.).
    Special thanks to:Mrs.Janninny, Mr.Arif and another Gentleman of the Garage ( who's name I do not remember). They do a perfect job.
    I rent always HERTZ all over the world, we are Gold Members and reserve by our German Motorclub ADAC (like CAA.).
    In general we do not have never any problems, except in Mexico, they charged extras which I had paid already with my Pre-Paid-Voucher and I still struggle with Hertz to get Euros 247,- back.
    Hertz works perfect and I recommend it to other people worldwide !!!!!!(and naturally also the team of the Calgary Int.Airport too !!!!. )
