    My HEB plus is only a year old at I35 and FM306 in New Braunfels. It is the No. #3 store in New Braunfels. I have enjoyed shopping at the #1 store since 2002 and the #2 store when it was first built. However, overall parking, personnel, groceries, ease of access is best at #3.

    HEB Store #38/195 at 11551 West Ave is my favorite store. Though many of my neighbors choose to shop the Alon store, I always feel more comfortable where the store manager greets me and makes me welcome.
    I am a retired Gerontologist and Educator. As such I am keenly aware of circumstances and conditions favorable, and more particularly attitudes, toward older shoppers. I find all these
    services at "My" store.
    Do merchants consider product placement, floor condition, cleanliness and especially restroom availability to serve older shoppers?

    I've have the highest respect for the employees at your many HEB stores, as I shop at several of your stores from the HEB AVLON to the HEB marketplaces. The staff from store mangers to cashiers are always helpful in answering questions about products and/or try to receive products in store that may not be a regular at one store but another. I have to give thanks to the marketing department of whom so ever came up with the idea of lunch and dinner meals for singles, however I do have a problem with the salads that they are not consistent. Field greens on top and a iceberg stale chopped lettuce on bottom. Not good.
    Overall I give HEB an A.

    I am always treated with respect and a smile. The pharmacy representatives are very nice efficient. The cashiers are fast, efficient, and friendly. Most of the time I am able to find a customer representative to help me locate an item

    I miss your previous store manger Jim, he was always on the floor talking to the customers. I never see the store manager you have now. he needs to be visible to the customers .

    Best store in town for quick in out.produce is always fresh. Meat dept fresh and fully stocked. I picked up several items in the dry goods and makeup aisle. I was looking for an item and a young fifteen year old helped me find what I was looking for. Store #40/494

    I live in Houston, TX on the North side close to Tomball and the HEB on the corner of 249 and Louetta is the best that I have ever gone to. The employees are always very nice, helpful, and polite. I am truly going to miss go to this HEB when my husband and I move to Dallas. The variety of items, the freshness of produce and the selection of meats just can't be beat.

    Shopping at HEB is to me in a sense visiting an old friend. I am comfortable in the knowledge that each store layout is the same and that I will always find what I need for a week night dinner or a special occasion particular to our family customs. The associates at HEB are courteous, kind in helping or providing information or assistance and most of all I really appreciate the genuine smiles. The training that they receive in customer service is excellent as it transcends to my overall experience it make me feel good. From the parking lot, thru the store, the cashier, and back out into the parking lot is an overall pleasant experience. I have come to believe that your other customers must feel this as well as demonstrated by their personal deportment. Never a disturbance or loud voices by anyone, customers or HEB team. On another note, you always surprise us with new, enticing items. You also keep the stores I have been in all over Texas. in a state of cleanliness that would rival an operating room. In an age of increasing indifference, HEB is the difference and I appreciate that.

    I shop at the little HEB in San Marcos . As a senior citizen I like the smaller store. In the larger HEB I feel like I have run a marathon when I get thru. The staff is wonderful I think several students from Tx State work there and they are so kind & helpful. They ALWAYS offer to load my groceries in my vehicle. Just wish I could take them home to do the unloading. Oh well can't have everything -but they come close....

    Everytime I walk into HEB there is someone who takes the time to be nice to me. Does not matter if I ask a question to the person who stacks the fruit, the lady with the delicious fresh Avocado dip, or the lovely super helpful ladies of the bread counter. I've made friends with several Cashiers and every one of them is professional, kind and super helpful. Just recently moved here from Pennsylvania and even though I had problems pronouncing HEB as an initial I have come to call you H-E-B and appreciate the store with its variety of (always) fresh fruits and vegetables and your sinfully delicious Almond Croissants.
