    I was at harvey's in Richmond Hill Ont on yonge st and King Rd I ordered a double original burger.When I asked for tomatoes, onions,and I asked the lady behind the counter for extra tomatoes and onions 3 times .I asked her if its Harvey s policy not to give customers extra topping. I can't believe how Harvey's is become so cheap in topping Harvey's has lost me as a customer, and I will post this on social media.

    This past Saturday afternoon I took my in-laws to the Harveys on 7475 Decarie. I ordered four trios and the meal was delicious and the staff was very friendly but this time they were very stingy on the fries. All four fries barely had enough fries to fill the containers. I was forced to order two additional large fries to compensate. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was informed that the manager instructed them to do this. Thankfully the girl who did the burgers filled my additional order of fries. To my shock, the manager, in my opinion, did something unforgivable. He told the girl off for filling my order of fries and giving me the proper size serving. I eat at this Harveys once a week and in all the years I've been eating there, I've never seen such unprofessional behavior.

    We had lunch at Harvey on 7574 Decarie, Montreal & the staff was very nice & the food delicious.The problem was to access the main door because the snow was not cleared & we had to ask strangers for help to get there ! It should be cleared at all times with the kind of weather we have here especially if you have handicapped people....

    Tried the build-a-bowl salad at store 2286 in Sydney,ns & it was the worst salad that I ever "tried"to eat. There didn,t appear to be any cheese available & when I asked , was told that it would cost extra-------are you kidding???? The lettuce wasn,t the freshest & cheery tomatoes would make more sense for a salad, server wasn,t at all helpful & it tasted like vinegar, horrible experience . Staff needs more training & some people skills, so disappointing!!!!!!

    I am so please that I got a chance to comment.
    Harvey's 2943 in Wallaceburg, Ontario. Is AWESOME!... it is so clean, the staff are so friendly and willing to assist ALL ages . (Cause some of us older customers can be little cranky ).
    The food is always hot and the toppings are fresh.. you may have to wait a little longer than other fast food places, it is because they make it fresh when you order.

    I visited your store in Strathroy on Mar.21st. Needless to say I was not impressed.The fries which used to be a hallmark of Harvey's were terrible.Chicken burger was like cardboard.Why should I visit your restaurant when A&W up the street serves better food,cheaper and faster?

    Went to Harvey's in Cornwall to pick up supper tonight. Ordered the half chicken with ceasar salad and mashed potatoes .
    I received the chicken, the garlic bed and the sauce.
    i was missing the mashed potatoes and the salad smelt as if it had been sitting out all day. I could not eat it. So I have croutons, grated cheese, dressing and butter but nothing to put them on. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

    Yesterday my husband and I went to the Harvey's at 1575 Upper Ottawa St. in Hamilton Ont. The outside of the building was painted all black and the lowest bottom half was in grey brick. This colour scheme gives this building a dark and dismal appearance we find. It looks like a funeral home, and if we didn't know it was Harvey's we would of past it by . To us Harvey's has always been a happy place to have our meal and now these colours take that feeling away, which makes us sad. Very disappointed...

    I went to the Harvey's location in Alliston, Ontario tonight for a Classic Burger meal. It was obvious it was made ahead and was sitting under a heat lamp. The burger and fries were both cold. All of the tables were dirty and there was pop spilled on the floor. The garbage was overflowing as well. This was my first visit and will be my last at this location.I was disappointed beyond words.

    I have been dining at Harvey's for 40= plus years. Yesterday we had a coupon and stopped at the Upper Ottawa location. It was the worst tasting cheese burger I have ever had, it was stone cold and I wasn't impressed with the bun. This has ruined my love for Harvey's over the other chains.

    I ordered two of the Thanksgiving dinner specials at the Charlottetown Swiss Chalet/Harveys take out window on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015. I received the dinners but when I arrived home found that both were missing the stuffing and the cranberry sauce.
    The chk number is 5615.
    I tried to enter at the feedback address given on my receipt but was unable to access the site.

    i took my grand aughterfor lunch nov.14 at 12.04 i paid for it at the drive through /they told me to go and park and they would bring it out 12.25 they came with it she had to be back to school for 12.45 so she had to eat fast

    Dear Sir or Madam.
    I have been going to Swiss Chalet for at least 48 years since I Canada and was always pleased at the quality of the food. I had a meal at Swiss\Harvey’s 49 Eglinton Ave E Toronto, ON M4P 1G6. On July 02 2014 at 05-34pm. I had ½ Side Ribs it was disgusting un-edible. It must have been precooked hours before then warmed in a micro wave the meat was hard and dry and the sauce was put on after heating. I eat the baked potato it was very nice. I have since then had a takeout of chicken from the Swiss Chalet in the Beach at Queen East and Glen Manor and it was fine.
    I must admit the staff at Eglinton were polite and helpful.
