    I purchased the Split Level Dream Home and I am disappointed in the way they pasted the back of the one wall (with the garage tools hanging up). It's like there are tiny air bubbles or whatever that it just is not quality Hallmark I expect. I brought it to the attention of the person who waited on me and he checked the one they had on display and it was the same way. He even was so nice to open the other 2 boxes that were on the shelve and they are had the same pasted job. I have collected this houses and this is the 1st one that I think you should have quality inspected before shipping them to the stores! I purchased it at Matthews Hallmark Shop #26 87 Wyoming Valley Mall Wilkes Barre, Pa. 18702 and total cost of my bill with taxes came to $21.15.

    I recently went to Amys Hallmark Jefferson Mall and was very disappointed to find out it was closing.Also very disappointed to find out I could not use a 20% crown reward coupon i had received in the mail or a 5$ off 10$ coupon I had received from a previous purchase that was validated by taking a survey.Very Disappointing!!!!!!!!!

    J's Hallmark Store in Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City, Ok was closed, and moved to a location which is very inconvenient for me and a lot of other formerly regular customers. I can't imagine a major mall without a Hallmark Store!! Is there a possibility that Hallmark will return to Penn Square Mall. Please reply. Thank you.

    Clerks are wonderful at the El Cajon store (Calif.). Make you feel like family. Very helpful. I could not get the survey. It automatically filled out the answers. This is the second time I've had this problem. I filled out many surveys and never had a problem and now I do. I will call the 800 number. It would be nice if you corrected this problem. It is taking too much of my time for just $2. Thank you.

    What happened to the phone survey? So simple! So easy! So quick!...at least for those who are not techy minded! The time I have wasted trying to register, to take your survey is ridiculous! Sure undermines my confidence in Hallmark. Cindy's Hallmark Card Center is tops and serves mostly those over 55 living in this area. Sending cards is NOT the way younger generations do it. It has to be social media in some form.

    I never did get the survey form to complete the survey for the $2 coupon offer. Why did Hallmark take away the phone survey? I am a senior citizen and not that savy with the computer. There are too many Hallmark sites that I clicked on to try to get to the survey and never did. Out of frustration I gave up. The $2 was just not worth it! I feel like this is a gimmick and a complete waste of my valuable time by not offering the telephone number anymore to complete the survey for people like me!

    Love the ladies at Mason's Hallmark in Weatherford, Tx. It was my birthday and they had a birthday cake for me. That was so sweet. I had told them ahead when I found out the debut was July 11-12 that July 11 was my birthday and I would be coming. Two other friends and I came from Abilene Tx just for this. We did this last year, because our Hallmark shop closed.
