    Last Thursday, June 26, 2014, I purchased a new Lenovo wireless computer from Best Buy in Logan, Utah. The Geek Squad helped me. My salespersons wer Brandon and DK who spent unhurried time with me helping me choose just the right computer for my needs. I turned in my 10 year HP computer. These guys unloaded my old computer information onto my new computer and taught me how to use my new Windows 8. (at least got me started so I could learn on my own. I really appreciated their service. I felt that they were truly interested in me not only as a customer, but as a person. Fine young, intelligent young men. I love my new computer.

    I am a novice at Computers and a "Senior Citizen". Over the past few months I have unsuccessfully tried to place my comments on "GeeksQuadCares.Com." I have had no success so I sincerely hope that this "Feedback" will go to the proper Customer Service Area so that Mr. F. Bradley of the Geeks Squad will finally receive my comments regarding my over wheling satification with his professional knowledge and the time he took to explain (patience) what I had inadvertently lost all
    of my data on my computer. He took the time to show me what I should not do and the only task that he could undertake to reset the computer. Bradley had to litterally walk me through my mistakes. What a perfect and super smart Individual Mr. F. Bradley was. May I suggest that on occasion you check out you site to ensure that it is functioning properly. I sincerely hope that Mr. Bradley forgive the delay for being successful in informing someone about this remarkable individual. I want you to know that his interpersonal skills are excellent and his title as a "Geek" for Best Buys does not do him service. He is the Best of the Best and should be complimented for his superior geek capabilities.

    I thought I would contribute with a short survey related to my experiences with the technicians from geeksquad instore, this pages are more confusing and aggrovating and it has to many stuff and things, like missing the point at all.

    Well, at least I am very happy and exceptionally satisfied with the Geeksquad technicians knowledge and thouroughly technical work they have done on my computer since I am not to computer literate I accumulate and invite viruses and stuff and things.

    Today PAUL assisted me professionally, he solved my labtops hangups fast and one so important information, that if I cannot go into the store I know know, that I can go online and get the help I need by getting remote controlled, that is super. My computer is happy, I am happy thanks to Paul and now I still want to win a shopping spree .

    Trying to comply with your interest in customer satisfaction , I have found getting into the actual survey terribly confusing.

    My experience with getting help from the Geeksquad was excellent. Mr. Cory arrived on time as stated in his telephone call, went straight to the work of assessing my system and its dysfunctions, and wrote down all of the things that needed to be done, how to do them, choices, ways to proceed.

    Chris (Wa Square Oregon Best Buy) helped me with sending my cell phone in for repairs, getting the loaner phone hooked up and getting my new cell phone working when it was mailed to Best Buy. It took a very long time on each trip. The problem lay with my server, Sprint. Chris stuck with his job and one time had to call 3 separate times to Sprint to accomplish this. Sprint operators transferred him to other departments, hung up on him and one flatly stated that Sprint was unable to do this! Sprint was difficult and very unhelpful. But Chris was wonderful and accomplished what I needed him to do for me. Thank you, Chris! My service order was 01454 987529411.

    On Dec 31, 2013 I was at Best Buy in Jackson, MI. There is a young man, Justin, who helped myself and my friend learn how to use and understand Windows 8. We are both in the 50 something group! He was great!!! He has the patients, and understanding that it takes to work with the public, of all ages. It was very busy, yet he never made us feel like he had other things to do.

    I bought an iphone4s from Best Buy Oct. 1, 2013, bought the extended warranty, was not told I had to pay $150.00 if phone needed work. The slide to unlock bar was indicating to the Geek squad tech, that there was a hardware malfunction and I had to pay for this to be fixed. I have the best cover for my phone, and have never abused, dropped, or let anyone use it, but me. My phone was not holding a charge and I thought it was because I was using it too much. This was not the case, and it was a flaw that was in the phone when I bought it, so I feel I should not have to pay anything for the phone. This was a deceitful practice and I should be given a new phone. I now have to wait for my phone to be returned and fixed, pay $150.00, and if I wanted a loaner phone I would have to pay $50.00. I was told by the Geek Tech, that we were not the only ones, not told about the $150.00 deductible. I should have a new phone at no cost to me, since it was defective to begin with.

I would drive the 100 miles (one way)to take them my computer any time. Thank you again Geek Squad. I should say they did not charge me one red cent.

My browser refused the address, and when I plugged in on my crawler, most of the sites were outdated.     Agent Coggin stated what he was going to do. To fix the problem that we were expecting. He did so re check to make sure what he did worded. And that we could use are new laptop computer. This had been the fourth trip into best buy in two days, with being given the wrong laptop computer two times before hand. I was my last nerve tying to get the laptop on line.
