    This store in san diego mission valley is the worst, they lost me as a customer forever, i ordered the shoes 10 days ago, they arived 4 days ago in their mailbox and i still can't get it. The employee stated that only the manager has the keys for the mailbox and lately he is not around there. Please help to get my shoes. I never had that experience in my live.

    I take my grandchildren to Foot Locker several times a year and have issues trying to get someone to help us. Today, was a whole different story. We were helped the minute we walked in by Kevin.     We went to the Peachtree Mall Foot Locker 20 minutes before closing. My son couldn't find the size he needed for a particular running shoe. But, the sales associate was patient with us and she also made additional recommendations, which was very kind of her since the store had closed. The staff was pleasant and professional.
