    I flew China Southern Airline in May to June 14.
    Most of Asian airlines give high standard of services to passengers, unfortunately this airline didn't meet my expectations because the staff tend to focus Chinese speaking passengers only.
    The staff really need regular customer service training and English practice.

    Guangzhou Int'l Airport is one of unattractive airports.
    There are no good cafes/restaurants/shops. The toilets are dirty and the locks are broken.

    Flew to Doha on the first of may and the service was excellent there was plenty of food and refreshments if you wanted them. After reaching Doha the only problem we had was that we had only enough time to literally run to catch our flight to Athens. Our colour code was yellow and it seemed that nobody was concerned that our flight was ready to take off. We went up stairs to find the gate No. and there were lots of ppl queued at one of the gates. If it hadn't been for someone on the flight from Melb telling us what to do we would have surly missed our connecting flight to Athens. We were hustled down some stairs and had to wait for the bus to pick us up and take us to our connecting flight. Consequently my case made it but my husbands didn't. On arrival at Athens
    we were informed that the missing case would arrive at the hotel around 6pm. Some things need to be addressed at the Doha terminal. Really like the colour coding I think that's a great idea. But bussing to the plane is a little annoying as there's valuable time lost here.
