    My husband and I visited your restaurant a few minutes ago, we were both very disappointed with our burgers. To say they were dry would be putting it mildly. We have been to your restaurant in the past and it was the best, not so much today.

    music playing WAY TO LOUD.. even with hand written note had difficulty ..ketchup dispensers needed to be wiped clean finger prints all over .. floor was slippery my cane kept on sliding on floor also floor needed to be swept and mopped ... soda stains on floor in front of and under edje of dispenser ..one enterance seemed open and clear other had potatoes piled in way along with peanuts .. hamburger was excellent fries were good ..

    Not too happy with my experience my fries was cold and it took 15 minutes for me to get my food and my burger patty was pink but I like the cashier he was helpful he should run the house cause the person how was running the house don't do good job.     The survey would not load. The food was terrible. Meat over cooked, dried out and hard. The fries were cold, too greasy and not as good as other fast food restaurants. The food is way over priced. The only good thing was the ketchup which I had to use a ton of to get the food down. I will never eat five guys burgers again. I will eat at Armandos. You should also have onion rings and offer combos.

    The burger and fries were very good. I do feel the price is on the high side. Saying that, I hope your paying you employees over the minimum wage and I feel at the price people pay, there should not be a tip jar at the counter next to the register.
