FedEx Office (FedEx Office Print & Ship Services, Inc., formerly FedEx Kinko's, and earlier simply Kinko's) is a chain of stores that provide a retail outlet for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground (including Home Delivery) shipping, as well as printing, copying, and binding services. Unlike its main competitor, The UPS Store, all FedEx Office stores are corporate-owned.

Besides traditional full-service copy and print shop services, all stores also provide a number of self-service features: color and monochrome photocopiers, fax machines, digital photo printer kiosks, and several desktop computer rentals, of which one always has an image scanner and some design software (mainly Adobe Systems applications) installed. The computers available for rental are connected to at least one color and one monochrome laser printer (some newer stores have only a color printer but charge less for monochrome prints). The stores also offer a selection of office supplies and business books for retail purchase.

    I used the FedEx Office location in the San Diego Convention Center during a very busy trade show for some data sheet printing. I want to elevate Phil in this office! He was a great person to work with, flexible and patient with me. He made sure the work was professional, value priced and ready when expected. The added value was that the printing I needed is for a show the following week so, I was able to print, pack and ship to that show from this single location. Perfect.

    I always come into this FEDEX location because the employees there are so kind and remember my name. However, today I had to ship a package back that I received from FEDEX. Crystal, the manager on duty whom I've never seen before yesterday approached me for help. Told me there was nothing she could do for me. The reason she said that was because my box had a hole in it. I received the box delivered from FEDEX with a hole. She informed me that I either have to have my company send me a new box, I pay for one in the store, or I have my own and come back to the store. As a customer I do not feel that I should be required to replace a damaged box that I received from FEDEX. If I cannot send a damaged box then FEDEX should be required to not deliver a damaged box to the customer. Common courtesy should make the manager Crystal replace a box that was damaged by the shipping company FEDEX. Crystal did a poor job representing FEDEX or what I know to be true of that location. I will call FEDEX to get the process of how they do business regarding damaged boxes by the delivery driver.

    I visited FedEx office location code" POCK" at City of Industry, CA. The staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. They do a fantastic job to help me ship out my packages everyday.

    I would like thanks Dani. She has great positive working attitude. Every time, I go to store, she always help me to get what I need and handle my packages as soon as possible with smiling face. So, I do not have to spend a lot of time on shipment processing.

    Just returned from center#2079 location codeJDYKS in whittier,ca. I am a senor citizen and needed some papers scaned and e-mailed. Ruben who helped me went over and above his duties to make sure everything was complete. This youngman deserves a RAISE & PROMOTION! When things did"nt go as expected, he took it upon himself to make sure it was done completely. Hats off to Fedex for hiring such competant employees! A customer for life for sure! Thanks to Ruben.     Two employees, Evans & Neffy, at the Deerfield Beach, FL FedEx office site (Center #:1537/ Location Code: TNTK) did a fantastic job of helping me solve a dilemma of shipping a large mat that was slightly too big for the package I brought with me. Evans recommended a 11 x 11 x 11 box to cover the top part that was sticking out of the container and then Neffy taped it very securely around it so that it would stay in place. Great creative thinking and team work! Hope they get some kudos at their office and from FedEx HQ!

    In June 2017 at the Camarillo Fed Ex store (Center Number 4297), Maricruz provided superior service. Our family was relocating from Camarillo to Escondido. We found out late in the day that some critical documents needed to close escrow on our home in Escondido had not been provided. I rushed into the Fed Ex store in a panic. Maricruz checked the time and then sprung into action helping me get the package out that day. She was very calm as we worked through the process. Maricruz saved our family from an escrow close delay that would have been costly and extremely stressful. Thank you for her great service!

    However, I have had bad experiences downloading things of the internet. Once,
    even a good company had a back door to a download that changed my internet browser. So, If you can put up a survey that does not require me to download something I will be happy to participate.

    Received EXCELLENT service from Kyle M. in your Spokane, WA (down-town) location. He was efficient, and expert. He offered additional service, if, in my project process, I needed anything. I did. He was professional, helpful, and tech. capable, much beyond many we've worked with. He was quick at check-out, as well. A+ and a Gold Star to Kyle M., perhaps bracing for tax season?....probably always on top of things. Will return to this location. Kyle is a superb representative for the service that many have come to expect from FEDEX.

    I visited center UIZKS-on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, Michigan and a wonderful, helpful, personable and knowledgeable young man by the name of Benjamin helped me mail four very large boxes to my grandchildren with all of their Christmas presents they received from our whole family upon their visit to Michigan. He was great and made everything very easy. Thank you FedEx for hiring such great employees.
    p.s. I visit often to send packages to my grandchildren and have never been disappointed with your service.

Hari has given positive input on both shipping and printing applications.     I've gotten great service at all FedEx locations I've dealt with, but none better than the experience I had today at 1220. I was shipping a package to Mexico which requires some extra attention because it is, well, Mexico. Paul explained why a recent package never reached its destination (no used clothing or shoes get by customs in Mexico). This is to help protect the local economy, so the recipient will likely buy those same products new in Mexico. Now I know. Anyway, Paul, along with Ashlyn, could not have possibly been more help - repackaging in a FedEx box so as not to raise a red flag with customs and assuring hat I got the lowest price. I understand 1220 is in the Top Ten of shipping sites in the country and it is easy to see why. Paul sets the tone for the store and everyone there appears to feed off it - a great vibe. Would go out of my way to do business there again.
