    I'm a truck driver who is required to wear glasses to drive. On Sunday my frames broke and I walked into Visionworks later that afternoon. Kathy (00328-315005) was the person who waited on me. She was very understanding to the dilemma I was in. Monday she had my glasses rushed through. I wish everyone I dealt with was as courteous and professional as Kathy. She really is an asset to Visionworks.

    I was not happy with my experience at Visionworks. The eye Dr. that completed my exam was not helpful. He asked me upon entering the room to put my coat and bag on the chair. There was a dirty coat on the chair. So I said, there is another persons coat on the chair and it is dirty. (very dirty). His response was, that's my coat.
    During the exam he acted like he didn't really want to answer my questions and in general was not very friendly or helpful.

    Evelyn was the rep that helped me. She was very nice and resolved my problem in a very short time. I will continue to go there because of her. The manager charged me for new frames I had only had a short time that were defective, the previous time I was there. That was wrong! Evelyn fixed my frames. She is a true customer service person.

    Last month I got my new glasses at Visionworks in Clearwater, Florida. Gloria helped me choose the frames and she was wonderful. Give that girl a raise. It was the best experience I had in 40 years of wearing glasses in getting the right frames since I never can see how they look on me until I get them. The glasses are great. I tried to get to the survey, but couldn't figure it out.

    I was extremely impressed with the way your associates at VisonWorks handled my husband and myself's visit. They were very helpful and knowledgable about our needs. Your associate, Demetrice at store #00848 conducted herself with compassion and friendlyness. The eye physcians were knowledgeable and really concerned about getting the correct lenses for our glasses and contacts. My sales slip # is 001046, for reference.

    I went into Visionworks on 12-16-13 expecting to schedule an appointment for the Doctor another day. But to my surprise, everything I needed was taken of that day, by Mike (ID 00429-014079). When it comes to glasses I'm very picky. I need a pair I will feel good about wearing everyday. Only one pair of frames I requested, were available in a color I did not like. Mike took the time to see if he could find other frames I was interested in. And, Yes he did! I told Mike I was extremely pleased with the way me helped me. To rate him with stars I'm giving him ten. I must say other employees in the store were very nice and pleasant. I will be returning to Visionworks in the futures. Thanks Again, Michael 55.55
