    I recently enrolled in the Aeroplan rewards program. I do not have a card as of yet but I do have a # issued to me. How can I use both my Esso extra points card and also Aeroplan card to receive air miles on my purchases at Esso stations. I am working now in Newfoundland at regurly buy my gas at Esso. in fact I work in the building trades and have worked at I.O.L in Nanticoke Ontario.     I received an esso priveleges card with my speedpass. I have use it several times, I went into the store to prepay and then filled up and got my discount. Today I went into the store at 4696 Yonge Sreet. The man at the desk said I had to fill up first and then get my discount. I went back to the car, filling up and using my speeedpass . I went back to the store and the clerk said that since I had already paid, I couldn't get the dicount. I got the speedpass for cinvenience, to take advantage of the 2.5% discount is turining to be a hassle. My purchase for $75.27 was on invoice MBQD3662. I hope you can make the necessary adjustment to my account

    I was recently in Vancouver and purchased gas from Esso. My receipt shows $43.60, when I got home to Denver, my Credit card shows a charge of $64.30. I know there is a slight difference in Canadian and American currency, but not that much.

    I will not buy a car wash when I get gas again as every time I go to use them they have run out and no good I have lost two that way they should be for longer time in the winter time anyway that is the only complaint I have

    I have an ESSO Extra card and each time I get gas at the nearby ESSO station [Park Rd. and #2 in Oshawa] I automatically swipe it first. So far I use it for car washes which makes it seem as though they are free. I don't even know how many points I have collected over 24 years but it doesn't matter to me. Never any problem at the ESSO station or its products. Thanks.

    I have been getting gasoline from this station at the Espanola turn for longer than I can remember. It has always been clean and well cared for. The service personnel have always been very good to deal with. The price of items in the store are very comparable and they are well stocked with items for the traveller through the area!!

    As always, the service at your Walkley Road location, here in Ottawa is friendly and efficient. As an Imperial Oil invester, I only use Esso products. Because your (our) locations are in well travelled areas, why would I use any one elses services.

    Today I went to the Esso station on Robie Street, Halifax I got in the car wash lineup and after about 20 minutes the car in front of me was not able to input their code for the wash. After a period of 10 or more minutes an attendant came and assisted the woman and she entered the car wash. By this time the driver of a car in a second line let me in and I entered the car wash. When I came out the air dryer was not very effective and the bonnet of the car remained quite wet. Needles to say by the time I arrived home the car bonnet was somewhat dirty. All in all not a very happy experience.

    I had luxury car wash today and after finish washing I parked the van outside and checked and I noticed dirt was there in some places, so I talked to the cashier about this and he said they can't do anything with that issue. The same thing happened, when I washed my van in petro Canada and they right way gave me a free super wash. I expect same kind of offer from Esso too.

    I wanted a car wash today and by mistake outside at the pumps when I was paying for gas I bought a car wash when I wanted to use my points on my Esso card. I went inside right away and the manager of the Esso on Appleby and the QEW would do nothing. Can't say how disappointed I am in Esso and there customer service
