    I frequently stop at WalMart on my way to work. I just want to say, the customer service I received this morning left me feeling that I don't care to ever go back. The cashier never uttered a word and never even smiled. There was no greeting and no smile and even when she gave me my change, she spoke not a word. Think will give Meijer a try. They open early too

    I like shopping at Walmart but lately I buy something to try and if I like it I'll go back to purchase more and they no longer carry it. I don't understand why that is. I do go through the self checkout cause some of the cashiers are not so friendly. Other than that its not a bad store

    Wal-Mart has most everything I need when I go shopping. however over the past month the Wal-Marts on the Westside of Jax., Florida have been out of Jimmy Deans Turkey breakfasts. I had to resort to going to Publix to purchase it. Winn Dixie does not carry them. It ended up costing me ten dollars more on 20. I asked what the problem was and was told they were being held up at the warehouse. This has been about the only problem I have experienced lately. Thank you.

    Went to Wal-Mart store in Fremont NE at 8:30a.m., just to pick up a few items which took me approx. 15 minutes & spent 30 minutes just to check out! Only had 1 checker so decided to go to self check out which were not brought up yet per associate! I feel that a multi billion dollar business should be able to have more than 1 checker or else I should get a major discount for checking myself out. I absolutely do not shop at Wal-Mart unless I have to pick up something that no other store in town has, but I'll be checking that more closely. Thank you again for giving me another opportunity to have a BAD shopping experience at your store!

    I am not interested in your prize drawing just wanted to announce my frustration with the wal mart store on Frederica St in Owensboro Ky. Each time I go there I tell myself not to return,but to shop other places but on occasions I return only to get frustrated waiting in long lines there are 25 registers but even today there were 4 open and no self check out lanes were in operation. If I had not needed what I was buying I would have left them in the cart and left. Walmart is the worse but sams wholesale is not far behind. I am sure more registers are not open since it is only inconvenient to the customers

    I went to the Walmart store located in the Phoenix Spectrum Mall complex for an electronic component. As always a kind gentleman by the name of Richard helped me. His intelligence for electronics is incredible. Answered complex questions with ease and put my mind at peace for solutions to installing recent purchases. His compassion for helping me and observation for courtesy to another shopper should be commended. Had visited the store several times and look forward to his professional demeanor and abundance of knowledge.
