    many thanks to the Staff at the Crown Inn Walsall Rd .Four Oaks. I,m glutten free and the lengths they went to were great . They double checked packaging , not just the "black folder" to ensure I had NO Gluten , even mistakes were spotted in your folder .Angie and the chief managed my menu together and spotted that the Slow roast Lamb Shank was NOT gluten free , nor were your mashed potato or gravy etc. Well done them. Life is difficulf enough ,but as sever GF person (not that I want to be ) I have had a fabulous lunch today .Surely it,s easier to do things with no adds , ie flour to potatoes etc.Aslo What persons like myself want is a Menu to brows through NOT a black folder document MI5 would be proud of !we want to sit at the table , look at a menu and feel we,re not causing multi problems ,
    Once again your staff had a good rapore with customers and only wanted to ensure my food was NOT contaminated with Gluten . I would certainly return .Beef was fab with the jus from the pan.

    OLTON TAVERN, lode lane Birmingham, first time being since it being refurbish well impressed, nice atmosphere, very clean friendly staff, the meal was so tasty plenty of it, we had a roast beef dinner, will be coming every sunday from now on, Lucy served us very pleasant a helpful as I ask about the brown bread that was served with my prawn cocktail, she went and inquired about it for us as it was so tasty, well done to all, and merry xmas.

    Janet is always welcoming and efficient. My friend and I go to the Barton Arms every week and our table is reserved for us and our order taken promptly. In fact she knows what we want before we ask!!

    Just visited Queen Adelaide, for the second time, really looking forward to having a nice pub with good meals in the area, only to be very disappointed. We made our second visit today for a
    Sunday roast, ordered drinks and two roast dinners after 45 minutes we asked the waitress when
    we could expect our meal and was told there would be an 1 1/2 hour waiting time, if we had
    known that when we ordered our drinks we would not have ordered our meal. Apparently they had run out of beef, when the meal did eventually come the meat was tough (not roast beef but some form of steak) and thank goodness for Aunt Bessy Frozen Veg!!!! People were leaving one after the other due to the wait, I believe there was no chef, someone else was cooking the meal
    and not doing a very good job at that. Our first visit was when the Adelaide had just opened and so we made allowances, we had to wait an 1 hour then. Its a shame because we were all looking
    forward to a nice pub in the area with nice food, not a carvery, but as far as we are concerned we are very disspointed and will not be going there again.

    I was treated to a Mothers Day lunch by my son on 15th March 2015. We were at The Ashley Park Hotel Walton on Thames 01932 220 496 the waitress was Bella. The whole experience was most enjoyable service good and food excellent,hot and well presented.

    On 26/23/2014 my mother, my husband and myself visited the Hollybrook Inn, Rykneld Road, Littleover, Derby DE23 3TZ and received apalling service. After a long wait the waitress eventually came to take our order. We all asked for the same starter which we received after a very long wait. On Boxing Day, 26 th December 2014, my Husband, myMother and myself visited the Hollybrook Inn, Rykneld Road, Littlreover, Derby DE23 3TZ. We were shown to our table and had to wait quite aa while before someone came to take our order.After another long wait the waitress came back to say there was no sea bass left so I ordered Turkey but had to endure a long wait before we got our starters. again after another long wait we eventually got our main course. After another long wait the Waitress came to take our order for dessert. Two of us asked for Lemon Tart only to be told there was none left. She did say we could order from another menu and would not be charged any extra. We have eaten at theHollybrook on several times and have never received service like this. I await your comments.

    We have been to the Hollybrook on numerous occasions and have never received service as bad as this. We could have understood if the pub was full but when we arrived it was less than half-full. This visit took over 2 hours and spoilt our enjoyment of Boxing Day.

    Dined in the Richmond (Ember Inn 0151 733 9025) in Allerton Liverpool last night with the family. Was extremely impressed with the Customer Service, the food quality and the food portions.
    The waitress heather was brilliant. So hard working and very efficient. I would like her to be recognised for her all of these qualities as well as her friendliness and professionalism.
    Will be telling friends about my experience and will be calling in again there soon.

    We decided to call at the Anderton Arms in Preston for an evening meal, this was our first visit and found the menu had a good choice and the set 3 course meal great value for money, the food was served within a short time and looked and tasted fantastic, we will be visiting again.

    When I visit the Al;leyn Head in dulwich, London, I am often given a card headed 'Its Our Treat' but when I visit the website quoted I am asked to insert the phone number on the Card and the servers name. The card I have been issued with does not contain a phone number but only a 10 figure digit number and website although clearly marking where the entry for the Phone number is required does not respond, My friends and I have been visiting this pub for a long time now and we have all given up trying to make any sense of the instructions given on these cards.
